Best Quality Digital Signing for Less!
What do you like best about the product?
Convenience, ease of use for me and my some of our aged customers who claim non-tech saavy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could learn to use the Template easier as most of our forms are same place sign most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using SignNow for quite a few years and I love how they have constantly improved over time and you know they are working it to constantly improve as we go.

It's super easy to use, very intuitive for both our staff and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have simple pre built integrations with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're enabling us to collect e signatures on contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is simple and straightforward to use. We haven't had any concerns which have required us to reach out to customer support so we can't comment on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't come across anything that we've disliked or thought could be improved.

We are able to send documents for signature and have a historical record of the fully executed documents.
Simple way to get signed documents
What do you like best about the product?
The process of sending and receiving documents is simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup of documents takes some time. Editing documents after setup often requires scrapping the document and starting over again.

They have made editing templates work sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can same templates for the recurring documents. Also that there are signature options for those employees that dont have the access to the software needed to fill in forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that i cant edit the forms in the platform i always have to resave to my desktop then load the the form there i wish i could adjust the print inside of the platform

Getting documents signed, managing signers, and editing templates from the mobile app is very painful.

It helps us keep all stakeholders informed about all documents in the process of getting signed. It also makes it easy to maintain a repository of signed documents.
Ease of use with great features
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform that allows me to route for signatures in a matter of minutes. The ability to resend or cancel an invite is easy to use and beneficial along with the ability to have a template for other users to access and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not showing on the signature that it is a certified electronic signature. The history page that can be attached is good but some companies want to see the certification on the signature itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small startup company with limited funds. The subscription fees are manageable and it allows me to easily route for signatures internally and externally.

Sign Now has been a great asset for our online applications for our members. It has steamlined our process and made it easy to manage.

The site itself is not super easy to navigate.
