E-Signing with airSlate SignNow
What do you like best about the product?
I like airslate signnow for its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to upload, prepare, and send documents for signature. Its binding e-signatures comply with global standards, providing good service for businesses and individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike airslate signnow that it lacks certain advanced features found in competitors, such as detailed analytics. I feel that minor glitches or slow performance, especially on mobile devices. Although the platform is generally user-friendly, but i feel the interface could use a more modern refresh to enhance usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems related to airslate signnow addresses several common challenges related to document management and signature collection. It solves the problem of slow, manual, paper-based signing processes by providing a fast, secure, and legally binding way to sign documents electronically. This eliminates the need for printing,and scanning, significantly speeding up the time. It also enhances organization and compliance by offering secure document storage.
Very helpful work app
What do you like best about the product?
When I am out in the field at a new customer with our franchise owner it allows me to have them digitally sign documents and email right then. I do not have to go back to the office and scan paper documents creating less recyclable waste.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates reset custom settings like signatures and email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paper recyclable waste and time. The app saves both.
Valuable
What do you like best about the product?
This is a very valuable tool if you need signatures and you don’t have person to person contact all the time. It’s user-friendly where if you’re sending it to someone who isn’t experienced, they still can easily complete their signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t come across anything that I sent livable

We are not face-to-face until the very end so we can collect e-signature

What do you like best about the product?
It does what it says on the packet. Gets the deals signed. Easy to use.
I think my favorite thing is my older, tech phobic clients manage to use it without even calling me.
It is also better priced than Docusign, which I had before.
Also customer support is excellent, I had an issue and it got solved in less than 7 minutes!
It integrates well with Gmail as well. Though I must confess I have yet to fully explore all these features.
I use it every week & more so as I do more deals.

The speed of the host can be faster, as sometimes it is so slow

Fast, Easy and Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, have been using it for many years. Love that it pops up on bottom of phone when I have a pdf.
What do you dislike about the product?
The renewals are bit of a pain. I wish it was more seamless.

I can get signatures documents back easily to those who send them.
Indispensable business tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about sign now is that I can upload any document and add whatever data fields I need quickly

The least helpful thing is not being able to toggle off auto detect for form fields
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have to email forms that needed to be printed, signed, and re-scanned on the client end, or they had to upload them into their own digital signing programs, both of which were cumbersome and caused processing delays. Both myself and my clients benefit from having a streamlined platform where they can easily sign with a few clicks and don't have to download any additional programs.
Necessary avenue to submit waivers
What do you like best about the product?
When somebody signs up for my gym, they are automatically sent a waiver via SignNow that makes it possible for them to workout within 30 seconds! Super helpful as a business owner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it occasionally signs me out of the app and disconnects auto send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sends a liability waiver to my clients in order to participate in gym activities.
Can't-do-without utility for business
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, intuitive tool to sign, amend and email soft documents. We've been on the digital signature train for years, and SignNow has been indispensable for everything from contracts to forms to health records and the like. We couldn't do without it, and resubscribe year after year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI changes have made it a little more difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes amending and signing virtually any document a breeze. Also like that paperwork is stored in one convenient place, and is easily shared with other parties.
Extremely user friendly and seamless experience
What do you like best about the product?
There is virtually no learning curve to use SignNow - the functions are very simply easy to use. Being able to store signed documents for future reference in one location is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any yet! So far everything has been great to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to mail documents back and forth between signees is very beneficial. Also, being able to store documents in one location is great.
