"Sophos: Firewall With Cutting edge Highlights And Functionalities"
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the XG series' flawless Connection point. The UI is clear and easy to utilize. I didn't need to invest some part of energy to acquire a solid handle of that UI. Besides praiseworthy is Sophos' help from the public authority. Likewise, managing the firewall is genuinely straightforward. Likewise, the security highlights are exceptionally thorough, and checking clients from the firewall is extremely clear. The web separate feature and application control work immaculately.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Their assistance is truly perfect, and they return to me. I've had an issue at least a few times where I couldn't understand what the assistance individual was referring to considering the way that those calls were probably directed to India. They were a piece testing to understand, yet it is overall not an issue."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for firewalling. Recently, we are likewise involving it for remote access or VPN access for the clients to the firewall and afterward onto the neighborhood network for individuals telecommuting. We've seen an enormous leap in telecommute. Everyone is telecommuting, so we want a safe association with the workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos was great to work with. Their pricing was right, and their licensing model was easy to understand. The integration with our AV is also nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management inside the GUI can be littly clunky. I also wish there was a DHCP release function in the GUI instead of having to do so in the CLI

We need more of them. It's already a versatile product.

Catches all malware and hacks from malicious sites etc.

Its very hard to find current bandwidth based on ip.

Most of the time we don't find any issue in this prodcut

What do you like best about the product?
The XGS Firewalls its a complete solution in one device. It provides Next Gen security and all the real-time security and insights you need to protect your network from ransomware and advanced threats. The reports provide granular insight into the network.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the Firewall enclosure - because it is white, dirt shows up more quickly and is difficult to clean.

Helps with Application control; Synchronized user ID and Lateral movement protection

Peace of Mind, knowing that your network is secure, and your users can work in a safe enviroment.

Their is much to dislike, you have to keep upto date in order to understand the product.

Network use to be congested with user being on sites that was not allowed. Now we can control the access with ease.

Customer support can still be improved. The log can still be effective and meaning full, So that easy to trace

getting firmware upgrade 2 days interval - when need to install, we need to restart the device, thus we need to inform user that system will be down for 2-5mins
