What do you like best about the product?
One of the things we like the most is the ease of segmenting internal networks and configuring rules. The easy implementation has been a pleasure. The integration with other systems has also been very easy. The versatility it provides is a joy, and the security and peace of mind provided by the 24/7 technical support is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to find technical support in Spanish and also the price is somewhat excessive.

The Sophos firewall helps us stop cyber attacks such as DDOS or injection attacks. It makes the network stable.

What do you like best about the product?
It is Easy to use and implementing i have work day by day on firewall and customer support is good all features are good and integration of firewall is also easy in daily work i need to logging to firewall and check report for my working. Firewall help my user to block unwanted web site and applications and it is improve my work productivity. and it block direct network attack. it help me day by day to protect my network.

easy to use and there is toggle button for disable rule is not like as much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is block gateway lavel thret in my firewall and block unwanted sites for users so my users can not spent much time in unwanted website.it is protect direct atact on my network and setup is done in my network that outsider not able to conect my network from outside and this how my network is scure.it solve my users not to open non working website and impove work.

Sophos firewall are good in all ways, first will be price point, prices are low as compared to other products, ease of use, support over all is good, easy to configure, features are very much alligned with customer views.

Nothing much about dislike but Sophos should work on more enterpise devices and a clear road map for NSG products, now the focus is more on ESG side.

What you might like least about Sophos Firewall could be the support in English, which is difficult to understand for technicians who do not know the language and which is somewhat more expensive than other solutions.

Sophos Firewall ensures the protection of systems and data by preventing malicious attacks such as malware, ransomware and phishing, while ensuring network integrity and confidentiality by protecting it against intrusions and external threats.

The best part is the centralization of all firewalls in a single web console, they are easy to use and implement in the company, it has support in Spanish, they allow you to automatically save the backup in the cloud, it has synchronization with the Sophos endpoint.

The only bad thing is that outside of working hours, support is only in English.

We had the problem of having many firewalls from another manufacturer and we didn't have control in a single centralized console, with Sophos this problem is solved.

Mainly, the cost is the most negative aspect since this product will not be accessible for small environments. In this case, the configuration is somewhat more complex than other products they have. Lastly, in a high-load environment, some configurations that are made can affect performance.

In the past, we had old firewalls that could no longer handle the network traffic we had. Thanks to Sophos Firewall, the majority of the problems we had with this have been solved. After searching the market, we chose Sophos again as the best option since we also had the Endpoint and could have everything centralized.
