La meilleure chose à propos du pare-feu est qu'il fonctionne tout simplement. Il a été à l'épreuve des bombes pour nous pendant des années et des années.

Il y a eu quelques fois où le matériel est devenu obsolète ou lors de changements de logiciels où il y a eu un accroc. Ce n'est pas un gros problème, mais des transitions plus fluides seraient formidables si possible.

What do you like best about the product?
When an issue needs fixed, the support team are willing to go through the process of resolving an issue, meaning that the issue can be resolved by yourself should it arise again.
The account manager is always seeking feedback, and on one occasion my suggestion was actually implemented, making the process I was following much easier to apply.
The simple design of the UI means you aren't lost in dead end loop holes. Everything is easy to find which can be particularly helpful when dealing with an urgent issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
The data export functionality is limited, and some parts cannot be exported, meaning you need to setup an API query, which can be time consuming.
There is also sometimes an issue with the endpoint agent detecting being unable to detect users' permissions and this results in the policies defaulting to the base policy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Routing traffic between multiple sites within the region, which was a big issue beforehand with our previous provider. However the support we have been given on this has been fantastic and we haven't had any issues.

Honestly, very little. If I had to nitpick, the initial setup can be a bit detailed, but that’s expected for any enterprise-class firewall. Once configured, it’s smooth sailing.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used Sophos firewalls for 10 years now and have continued to use them because of their ease of use, their great licensing structure, and their interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike about Sophos Firewall is the support that we receive. We have had some good experiences but sometimes we run into issues where techs don't have good knowledge of the product, and they refuse to escalate tickets. Otherwise we love the product and the hardware and have had great success with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a solution that was scalable to multiple sites was a big factor in choosing a product. Sophos Firewall has the ability to act standalone but can also be deployed in HA, and then you can aggregate multiple sites into Sophos Central for easier management of multiple locations. This was a huge benefit we found for using Sophos Firewall.

Nous avions un cas d'entreprise pour déployer un pare-feu rentable avec des capacités exceptionnelles, ce qui nous a incités à évaluer le pare-feu Sophos. Nous avons remplacé le pare-feu existant, qui avait moins de capacités et était plus coûteux que le pare-feu Sophos. En conséquence, nous avons bénéficié d'une meilleure performance, de capacités exceptionnelles et d'économies de coûts.

Il y a un pare-feu mis en place dans mon réseau qui est Sophos et il m'aide à protéger mes utilisateurs contre l'utilisation de sites web et d'applications indésirables et à bloquer les logiciels malveillants indésirables dans mon réseau. Il protège mon serveur contre les attaques directes et protège le serveur, il est facile à utiliser, le support client est également bon, il est facile à mettre en œuvre.

La MFA n'est pas bonne, il faut améliorer la méthode MFA.

What do you like best about the product?
From last 6-month new firewall will deploy in my network it is Sophos firewall it is good at gateway level is protect my users form accessing unwanted websites and it block gateway level malwares. it is easy to use and implementation also good co-operative customer support and help to resolve day by day my network Querys, easy to integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
report structure needs to improve as it is less.
