What do you like best about the product?
Sophos Firewall impresses with its seamless deployment and user-friendly interface. Setting up the firewall is a breeze, thanks to its intuitive menus and straightforward management tools. What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage and configure, Very stable while processing heavy traffic, option to handle policy based SD wan load balancing. Easy to configure and implement, Strong techincal support. It is easy to be integrated with third party SIEM tools for logs managment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keep on models getting changed and we need to change the hardware

It help me stopped sophisticated network attacks, It's easy for me to controll latest application via application filtering options, Strong and stable VPN connectivity for the remote users even with the low internet bandwidth.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integrating other products with Sophos is what makes it the most convenient cybersecurity solution. The professionals at Sophos provided us complete configuration, setup and implementation support. Queries take maximum 12 hours to get resolved. Intituitive ease of use is another thing we like about Sophos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the configurations of our firewall were not according to our requirement, for which we had to reach out to the Sophos team and some rework went into it later on. But the team was helpful and we were able to configure and use it as per our specific requirements. The absence of alerts can be painful sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a world driven by data, Sophos firewall helps us protect our devices and our user's data. Without data protection, we can't retain our customers. Since our team is dispersed globally, the use of VPN helps in a great way to work remotely and security concerns are minimalised.

This is the one of the Good product for ease of Use, Implement. Even the Customer service is also nice. We have 47 device is our network

SDWAN Profiling not working on my enviornment

No need for another SDWAN Hardware we can manage from the Sophos SDWAN Feather.
Many good features is available comparatively other firewalls
What do you like best about the product?
In comparison to other firewalls, this one has a lot more functionality, and we can use access points and firewalls with centralised access. additionally, wifi coupons are helpful for visitors; no additional third-party software are necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main change I propose is to the Sophos Interface. I consider Fortigate to have a straightforward UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have been unable to access the official website. I filed one complaint using the Sophos website. They looked into it. resolved the problem in the end. That was DNS issue.
Best NGFW & Ease to Manage
What do you like best about the product?
The Sophos Firewall is best in class, after our initial deployment , we hardly required any support. They have easy to manage console and user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major. We hardly come across any challes or issues with the Sophos Firewall. Yes, we initially had challenges during migration from existing Firewall to Sophos. However, after our initially configuration. we hardly faced any challenges. Sophos support is very swift and supportive to understand the problem and provide resolutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos Firewall solving our day to day activities by provide necessary connectivity with assured security. we required Firewall in HA and it does work smoothly. We also have multiple WAN link and Sophos SD-WAN helps aggreate all our links with zero downtime. We hardly had issues with user experience.
