Preferred Next-Gen Firewall with Exceptional Value and Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Sophos Central for centralized management, SD-WAN capabilities, Easy to implement and customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scalability constraints specific to respective industry requirements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a business case to deploy a cost effective firewall with exceptional capabilities and this prompted us to evaluate the Sophos firewall. We replaced the existing firewall which has less capability and costlier than Sophos firewall. Accordingly we got benefited with better performance, exceptional capabilities and cost savings.
best gatway security for my network
What do you like best about the product?
There is firewall implemented in my network is Sophos and it help me to protect my users to use unwanted website and applications and block unwanted malware in my network. it protect my server from direct attack and protect server, it is easy to use, customer support is also good, it is easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
MFA is not good it need to improve MFA mathod.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help to protect my servers.
Best Firewall in my Network
What do you like best about the product?
From last 6-month new firewall will deploy in my network it is Sophos firewall it is good at gateway level is protect my users form accessing unwanted websites and it block gateway level malwares. it is easy to use and implementation also good co-operative customer support and help to resolve day by day my network Querys, easy to integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
report structure needs to improve as it is less.

It boost my productivity and help users from unwanted website surfing.,
Easy Setup and Strong Product Experts Highlight Sophos XG Advantage
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a System Admin for over 8 years now and in helpdesk for small to medium company's for even longer. I have used a lot of the interfaces & FW even going back to the old Sophos UTM 9 & even older platforms from other brands interfaces and the way the current Sophos XG Platforms have come on over the years has been great down its ease of implementation & how well it has Integrated into our network flow. Sales & product experts team at Sophos have been nothing but amazing answering most queries
What do you dislike about the product?
Helpdesk can be a little long to get answers from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Martketly a better product that last vender we had in, so over all we are benefiting from all enhance features that come from that.

Also the central console is free and makes easier to manage a corporate enviroment.

Very good firewall system with little room for improvement

Firewall rules are super easy to write, the threat management is easy to use, active notifications about new threats, very good customer support.

Sometimes the logging is a bit slow, but manageable.

The handling of the firewall is very simple, yet comprehensive and secure. The integration went quickly and easily. The customer support is at a very well-trained level and knows what they are doing.

Sometimes the product feature updates are a bit slow
