What do you like best about the product?
Being a firewall, I found it easier to handle. Good added features as we compare with other firewalls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email inconsistency and false positive rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network level troubleshooting, and easy to use, command.

Their is nothing that i can dislike except kindly improve UI.

Best Security defender and advanced filtering.
Cost effective product with premium features.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible options for security profiles like web filter, application filter and AV scan. Their technical support is quick and flexible. It is easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web block page is not customisable which is easily exposing the firewall. Some updates created issue with routing precedence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos is excellent for perimeter firewall is all the next gen firewall features. It has good support for SDWAN, zero trust and site to site connectivity.

The user interface is easy to use for understanding and creating rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times we receive buggy updates from the Sophos firewall, and it takes time to resolve it.

in terms on firewall it give great security and very user friendly UI

What do you like best about the product?
The product offers a comprehensive set of features, including firewall capabilities, load balancing, SD-WAN, application filtering, and web filtering. Its administrative interface is user-friendly, making it easy to implement and manage. SSL VPN is supported, and the reporting tools provide insights into daily usage. Integration with other systems is straightforward, and the support team is available 24x7 with an escalation matrix in place to address any issues promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using the Sophos firewall for over five years, and I find that the amount of administrative work required for reporting is minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos offers top-notch cybersecurity that stands out for its seamless integration, user-friendly interface, and effective protection. I have found their support to be responsive, with quick resolutions and strong product knowledge, especially in areas like LAN, WAN, SSL, and VPN. Our experience with Sophos Central has been excellent—it provides a single cloud-based management solution for all our Sophos next-generation technologies, including endpoint, server, mobile, firewall, ZTNA, and email. The unified management console, real-time information sharing between products, and automated incident response have made managing cybersecurity much simpler and more efficient for us.
Sophos has been especially beneficial for environments like ours that rely on BYOD. We use the Captive Portal and have integrated our NAS into the infrastructure. Our BYOD-ready setup was designed, deployed, and implemented in-house with Sophos's support, and we take great pride in what we've achieved.

1. RMA process takes time and sometimes affects productivity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network visibility is the biggest problem solved by sophos as it gives us visibility into use traffic in the network.
