Brilliant Business Intelligence - simplifying complex data sets
What do you like best about the product?
Panintelligence really took the time to understand our requirements, delivering a dashboard to cater for our needs perfectly!
We now have complex data sets available graphically allowing the information that was historically very hard to analyse to be easily digested facilitating quick and much simpler decision making.
Historically examining data would have typically been completed using an Excel spreadsheet, seeing this graphically is like looking at a different data set.
it is also worth mentioning Panintelligence provide very good product training!

What do you dislike about the product?
Knowing we should have implemented it a long time ago!
Since starting to use Panintelligence we have spread the use across many departments/business functions - We should have done this much sooner than we did!
I have been using this product for almost 10 years now, the amount of development completed in that time has been vast, so anything I didn't like has been resolved!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to check various data sets/applications for information, everything is available from one platform.
This has benefited us in a variety of ways mainly in the speed and ease of decision making.
The Panintelligence solution is allowing us to share information across different teams, very simply, by allowing certain users access to certain dashboards this is also benefitting us with project collaboration.

Predictive analytics and self-service reporting hasn't been easier
What do you like best about the product?
Pan Intelligence has incredible predictive analytics; Great embedded which has been the easiest to setup so far compare to other BI products we used. Creating dashboards hasn't been easier and don't require highly skill consultants or administrators; requires a min of IT involvement which is always additional bonus. We loved as well customizing dashboards to match our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a proper mobile app, used on browser which can be limiting. It is a smaller company which has big potential, but it is still not so known in BI sector
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amazing capabilities with predictive analytics. One of the best benefits is how intuitive it is. It requires minimum training to start using it which def decrease costs of training and involvement from IT. Additionally due to high level of security, we are assure that data is safe and right permissions are applied to every user.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Compare to other BI tools, customer support is amazing. Additionally embedding capabilities and predictive analytics you won't find so easy to implement in other BI tools

To be honest cant think of anything.Great company to work with.

Completed the ebs product family by adding a business intelligence and analytics module.

100% happy with sixths amazing company led by a very talented Chief Exec who enjoys working with a great team of talented developers.

With my limited exposure, it appears to be very business friendly. You do not need to be technical to navigate the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features, which can become overwhelming to a new user.

Internal and external BI/reporting. A single source of truth for our reporting/dashboards.

Its simplicity to create , amend, change charts to suit, and roll out to users and for the users to be able to amend these charts too

There's only one thing I would request, and that's the ability to have a percentage total based on the totals, not the total percentages

Panintelligence are incredibly proactive and flexible. Having worked with them for around 6 years they never fail to exceed my expectations.
Throughout my many interactions with Pan they have always delivered. Whether it be resolving support calls or implementing new requested features, they consistently deliver great results.

Working with Pan means we have been able to offer a in depth and focused solution to BI for our considerable sized customer base; it means we can rely on their knowhow-experience to generate in depth analysis without our teams needing to be experts in the field of analytics,
Smart straight forward BI by smart company
What do you like best about the product?
Pan provide a simple to use but wide in scope web based BI tool. We find it flexible, comprehensive and it adds a lot of value and complements our incumbent in built reporting tools. It's so good we've added to a range of software applications we provide, usurping a lot of 'named' BI tools we used to use. What adds most to the experience though is the way Pan work in partnership with their customers, really listen to their needs and develop and add deep and rich functionality to their software. We've been partnered with them for over 7 years now and in that time the development, enhancements and related benefits never slows and it gets better with each (frequent) release.

Do not dislike anything about panintelligence

Unlocking data within incumbent systems, providing rich visualisation and analysis. Best is the way it can pull data from any source so combining separate business systems in one suite of dashboards with solid data security is excellent. It's simply made our own software easier to sell and more beneficial to our customers
