What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of Automation Anywhere's programming and implementation. Also, its ability to interact with multiple software applications is essential for my business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just like any code, debugging can be challenging at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently my organization has used automation anywhere for CAPEX approval process and real estate lease notifications.

Although machine learning (self learning) is an attribute of bots created in AA, not much details are given in Training program

AAE is the best automation suite I've studied
What do you like best about the product?
I conducted a few trials between coworkers, with developers and business analysts and the platform is very intuitive, easy to use. It gets a little complicated at first with bots, but then it's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's too heavy for older PCs. I'd love a lite solution so anyone can run automation scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to automate any web based platform such as an ERP. Test data creation is delightful if you use a proper bot, which you can build in just a few minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your PCs are powerful. It's very resource consuming, but totally worth it.

We like the ease of use of the software. It's fairly straightforward to install and our developers have come up to speed easily.

The ease of use and the collaboration with staff att AA. I Think AA is providing a good Product and are keeping up with competitors on key functions for business automation.

Some buggs causing issue with stability. License model holding us back for speed in scaling

RPA in Supply chain
What do you like best about the product?
With AA's Robotics Process Automation we’re seeing how our processes and systems benefit from this emerging technology. In short, RPA enabled us with virtual ‘robots’ that integrated seamlessly with existing software, and are driven by simple rules and business logic. RPA is a way for us to automate manual and repetitive tasks to allow us to focus on bigger, more meaningful work.
The most useful features are
1. Perform manual processes much faster and more accurately
2. Preprogrammed rules mimic repetitive human actions
3. Automates manual actions and handles error conditions
4. Fulfills actions by interacting with multiple back end systems

What do you dislike about the product?
Even Though AA's RPA was a game changer we had the below constraints
1. Learning curve : The learning curve was little higher than expected and classroom sessions directly from Automation anywhere team made a huge difference
2. Picking the right use case : We had multiple iterations of brainstorming in choosing the right business case that would qualify RPA.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We picked Automation Anywhere RPA to automate the repetitive tasks in the Supply chain.
RPA connects to ticketing system and Order tracker and it closes the tickets requesting refunds for devices not returned to the inventory. It greatly reduces the ticket processing times and efforts by filling the freight claim with the carrier and updating the claim number in the ticket. It also sends emails to the vendor a huge time saver.
So when the RPA team set a goal of 20,000 manual hours to be saved in 2018 across wireless and wirelines Supply Chain, we didn’t just meet it - we exceeded it. Today, the team has pushed a record 43 bots in production and an expected 26,422 hours saved by year-end!

the ease of executing processes automatically, freeing up work capacity for the teams in my organization.

I almost don't like that Automation Anywhere has very limited options regarding the tasks that can be programmed, it would be good if there were other options that made the work easier.

the execution of settlements of scheduled commercial and marketing activities, the preparation of reports.

I highly recommend the use of the software for its ease of use and functionality.

The structure, with reporting tools and dashboards. Bots can be created after a little bit of training

The training thru the online University is a little dry and it is easy for people to lose interest
