simple and robust tool for large projects, great cost-benefit
What do you like best about the product?
Code style programming, easy construction and implementation and good compatibility with excel, VBScript and SAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stream viewing is not very favorable for view.

Solved many problems with spreadsheet and SAP, elementary and easy to work.

What do you like best about the product?
The update that the tool recently received, being treated as version A2019, considerably raised the level and robustness of the tool. It is extremely intuitive to use, although it is still a new version. Many relevant features were added, making the tool's learning curve easier, making it feasible to use the tool by many people who do not have technical knowledge in the development area.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is a new version, it ends up having constant updates to add necessary features. Earlier versions don't have many of the features most needed to develop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is possible to automate most of the repetitive processes performed by different areas.

What do you like best about the product?
Universal recorder is the best which helps you to record interactions, such as click, read (data extraction), and write (data entry) with user interface (UI) objects on the desktop, taskbar, or in an application or browser window you can also do changes in the Object properties if required like DOMXPath. Excel Actions, PDF Extractions, Email Actions, WLM(Work Load Management), Discovery Bot, IQ Bot & AARI also made Automation easy & helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
OCR in IQ Bot should be more accurate and license is a bit expensive.

1. Using WLM(Work Load Management), creating a queue & device pool completed the 4hr work in 1hr.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very simple way to create bots in this AA RPA tool. No coding and other technical knowledge required for us to create bots. Just drag and drop available action items to create bots as per your workflow. Support and training are best in the AA community when compare to other RPA tools. We are mainly using this RPA tool in our sales department to send emails. Before it was very difficult for us to send manually and not able to reach targets with 4 users. But now, after implementing this RPA tool all tasks are happening automatically with one trigger. We are reaching our target and sales also increased with this RPA tool. I like the control room interface, it user-friendly and easy to understand, where we can store, create, and share all our bots. Thanks!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost 1-year experience with this AA RPA tool. Till now, I didn't face any issues with this tool. Few internal issues, that depend on where we use this RPA tool. So there is no dislike about this AA RPA tool. I liked it very much. Benefits are many including time-saving, User dependency, Work follow-up, etc...

Involved in purchasing team while procuring this AA RPA tool. Creating new bots and implement them in systems as per the department requirements. Fixing any user's issue as per request. Training is given to new users.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used this RPA tool to download raw data from our HR tool and convert it using the SSIS package and upload it to our client tool. Before all these steps are manual and 2 users are working on it. And we totally depend on them. But now after implementing this RPA tool, all steps are automized and completing it on time without any issues. I faced challenges in data conversion steps because we don't know how to capture this step for this RPA tool. After all, until conversion, we need to wait then and upload. But web recording action made it easy for us to capture these steps. Easy to use and efficient tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Always first steps we need to manually trigger, so human dependency also there in any RPA tool. Maybe going forward this has also been removed. We need to wait for it. This is a common issue in any RPA tool. And also it depends on where we use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Worked with AA RPA implementation team to create new bots for all required tasks. Successfully implemented this RPA tool in 3 areas. Wherever we implemented this RPA tool, in that all areas all work are completing on time and it reduced our user dependency.

Interaction with SAP, Excel, and the ability to integrate languages into daily needs.

Debug in the tool. I usually debug using a message box.

Automate various processes, with SAP, Excel, email sending, logs among others. The tool is quite intuitive and very dynamic, and even those who do not have much experience with automation can use it easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The best RPA tool available in the market compares to other tools. The best tool to implement for our daily routine tasks. We've implemented this in 3 departments. Mainly timesheet comparison with invoice was a challenging task for us. Since it was manual we use to get errors. After implementing this RPA tool all our work become automatic and all tasks completing on time without any issues. Easy to create bots and implement in the user's systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whatever RPA automation tool we use, we can't use it for a few human tasks that we need to do manually. It fully depends on where you utilize it. For us, there is no any dislike about this software for now.

Mainly I was working on bots creation as per the department's workflow requirements. Implementing it in the user's system to make work automation. It's easy to understand no any additional skills required for it.

It's a user-friendly RPA tool. Just drag and drop the action and create your bots. GUI is very good and easy to understand. We've implemented this RPA for our client tool data extraction. BY this we almost reduced 6 steps manual user process. Now all are automatic and complete tasks on time without any issues. The one-click email send option is best in this tool. easy to set up email notifications. Downloading and uploading data tasks are very easy to implement with this tool. The control room option is best to manage all bots.

There is no any dislike about this software. It all depends on where we use this tool. Always the first action will be a manual trigger.

The possibility of integrating other languages such as javascript, python, VBS, and the use of dll for more specific actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some bugs during use, but they are usually fixed in the following versions. The fact that variable number only accepts an integer and not float. License cost is on a high note. I miss some native activities(Excel)
