Easy RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
My job has totally changed thanks to automation everywhere. It has helped me improve my daily physical work. I like the OCR functions and image recognition, the Web Write function collects a lot of data and the IF feature helps me to test the data at any timeI like "Xml Extractor" too, which can convert different files from PDF to Excel or text files. We have managed to eliminate manual labor at least by whole 80%, which is why they no longer have to do hard work, which further helps to raise the morale of employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can debug between steps, and steps are needed because you need to improve the blue prism and scratch the canvas, as well as the path of the UI. Many South African management methods measured this.

What do you like best about the product?
I would say this tool gives you best cognitive solutions. Its artificial intelligence and machine learning is wondering indeed. It helps us in capturing UI elements so easily. It has made data extraction from various Web related interfaces too easily. It is loaded with all powerful tool for automating tasks so conveniently. It is recommendable tool to the beginners too who want to make their strong careers in RPA, I would say for them Automation Anywhere would be blessing for them. Another biggest advantage is that it can be used with less coding.

I really feel pleased to use this awesome software. Sometimes I came under stress due to the particular problems that happens to occur at its control room due to which you have to face much difficulty in deleting uploaded tasks. For this you have to take help from its support team. At that time I found its efficient support team to be just like a helping hand to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of accessibility of this software impressed me the most. During robot creation, it allows developers to select back end coding language easily. It helps us in developing many things quickly. Its frequent upgrades help us a lot. The best feature in it is of drag and drop command that makes coding convenient and enjoyable. Additionally its advanced and latest version includes upgraded Bot dashboard insightly which further helps users in publishing and configuring data according to your needs.

Being a medium sized company we were facing great difficulty in organizing and processing numerous data. It was very time consuming and to generate reports by doing manual work was oil to fire , thanks to Automation Anywhere who has provided us so much easiness in our daily work we are not at all worried about any repetitive tasks, it do it for us by tracking the route , who a process has been carried out initially. We are satisfied with its automation features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very costly software which restrict it access to small size companies also the process of report generating is time consuming sometimes. Its interface seems complex when it comes to use of various icons and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it is a blessing application. It will keep you update about your order and quotation management, you can easily update your customers about their valuable quotations you can manage your sales funnel. It is a robotic process equipped with various features like discovery Bot, IQ BOT, BOT insight etc which are always held accountable for good data processing or automation. It has made emails sending so easy and time saving. It has made easy drag and drop files.

I like the gui on "Automate Anywhere" It's very easy to handle and to develop. There are several functions that can be automated by drag-and-drop. Additionally, the three data sets of Automation Everywhere are viewed as complementary devices.

You can build and test a simple procedure just after one day of work. Additionally, the platform has a range of features, such as RCO and other application integration tools, which offer additional benefits.

There's nothing funny about it as long as growth lasts, because growth is always necessary, and everywhere automating it over time shows how much we need patterns, feedback and all kinds of new options.

There are websites where object cloning doesn't work, I use image capture and recognition, and there are websites that are hard to scan, but I look for them while cloning objects and testing windows. Prepare yourself in a bad situation, and set the process parameters from the outset.

It has discovery Bot which automatically bring the data which needed to be automate, its IQ Bot tool is amazing which keeps the path of execution of the task so that in future it will do it for you. It is equipped with Insight Bot which helps you to generate the revenue reporting about your sales funnel. It also helps you to schedule your orders and delivery.

Automation anywhere is a automation tool .It required Knowledge of coding at the time of automation.By using the coding it gives us the best result then any other tool . Efficiency of this tool is much more better then any other automation tool.Automation result is nearly 90% with the using automation anywhere tool. It is the future of automation . Also it is not a costly tool. Its easy to understand but requires some coding background for using this tool.this makes it a powerful feature highly configurable by rules and configurations that suit the job or task you want them to perform. Its reporting and metric tracking functions are absolutely top notch as it allows users to monitor their bots to get weak points in their work chain and make the necessary adjustments.

Automation anywhere tool is required coding so without a coding background it is impossible to use this tool . so basically this tool is not easy to understand for everyone. It requires java,c# ,.net for the coding if anyone does not have the knowledge of then then it is not possible to use this tool for automation.The debugging system presents sudden errors that although they are solvable generate discomfort since they are usually quite repetitive under certain configurations.Few things that i found to dislike about Automation Anywhere is that sometimes window version is not accepting and screen resolution has a main problem

I am using this tool for automate my task like for the banking purpose i can use this for filling the form . i am using this in my organisation in the human resource department. and it is useful in the health and finance department for automating their repetative task.we were able to incrsed the work productivity. What I like most about the Anywhere is that it can automate even highly qualified and prestigious work. Since I'm involved with a mechanism automation industry, I thought that automation is just to relieve machine operators, or that it's just about... but it's not. The solution made it very easy to automate the processes we had to do manually so far. For example, we can more efficiently download an attachment from emails from our partners or respond to messages

It will take some time to get used to the application because it has so many functions. There's nothing special about this tool that they wouldn't want to do.

It gets a little faster every day. This application was very useful in the IT field and I used it completely... Maybe a friend or colleague told me to use this application for work that I can easily do on a computer if I'm good with computers.

Automation Anywhere has helped us in organization of our work along with synchronizing the data across whole organization. It has saved our time which we were using to manually collecting the data and then putting it out on spread sheets. It is a great working tool which add in your business growth it has made easier for us to send and received emails its has automated the emails now we won’t face any problems in tagging.

Its implementation and configuration is complex. Moreover sometimes its report generating feature works slowly, I have felt a need of improvement about reporting. Email editing could be made more workable by providing templates.

Automation Anywhere has helped us in CRM management we have a great idea about pre sales and after sales services. To manage reports and to analysis them is no more difficult because it has correlated the team and through this single source everyone can receive and have analytical approach towards process execution. It is an excellent automation program I have ever used.

the debugging processes could improve, there are certain repetitive and sudden failures, it would be nice to be able to manipulate it in some way. I think that is the only thing I have to say.
