What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and ready to be deployed straight out of the box.This is an excellent tool for non-technical entrepreneurs as it requires minimal technical knowledge for set up as well as use. As a developer it is very easy to use and develop process and just drag and drop the activities. automation anywhere also provide free learning courses to help new user to understand the environment and how to use it help us most. customer support from automation anywhere is very well and highly recommended
What do you dislike about the product?
The online bot store has a lot of bots that are almost useless without more documentation. Although all of the bots are free for now I'm not expecting too much its frustrating to download a bot that needs additional instructions to function that just arent available.
The SQL integration command can be improved. Sometimes the OCR command doesn't works properly which should be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The IQ bot is the best differentiating factor for Automation Anywhere, the primary challenge in RPA comes when we have to deal with semi-structured data inputs here generally other RPA providers are not able to provide a robust solution comparable to Automation Anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the facility of understanding the automation, very easy to developer, is vey helpful and makes tiring work done quickly so you can use people for something useful. The automation of processes, helps make them faster and more agile and also allows to improve and improve processes. In the project I'm currently working on, the need to automate the process to improve its performance is very explicit and always seek to innovate and optimize processes, and automation anywhere has allowed this. It is very gratifying to see the improvements that can be made with automation anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like Automation anywhere when we have a problems with screen capture and windows. Another problem is some errors presented when running a task are quite vague and don't help to solve the problem itself. And the errors that automation makes available, when a bot gives an error, are very vague and don't help, most of the time, to solve the problem itself. Another problem is regarding the percentage panel, sometimes it doesn't make clear the executed percentage and the line in question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently working with automation anywhere on an invoice triangulation project, the process allows to improve the existing process and helps to adapt it and make it more useful. In this way it is possible to carry out an automation process and transform it into a faster and more agile process. Besides, it is possible to relieve people of a complex job and leave them free for more active tasks.

I recommend the tool, very efficient. And is very easy to use. It is very gratifying to see the improvements that can be made with automation anywhere.
Automation Anywhere as a RPA Beginner
What do you like best about the product?
As a beginner in the RPA world, the Automation Anywhere it's the most practical, user-friendly and easy to learn tool that I been working so far. Did not take too long for me to being able to develop my robots and testing them, also, it has a constantly growing and helpful community.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience it could have more content on the Automation Anywhere University and when executing bots, i think the dashboard could be able to monitor bots that are running longer than usual based on average process time or user defined time and display or send notification to the administrator/developer, just for testing purposes. But in the platform as whole i don't think that has a thing that I dislike, this are just features that I think it would be nice to see in a future version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a project that I'm involved in , we're beeing able to reduce a significant amount of time by automating several screens through the platform capture tool and the execution of some macros.

If you're starting to work with RPA or even studying about it, it's an excellent platform to start and develop yourself as RPA professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything in autiomation anywhere is useful and easy to use. The way they frequently update the tool is also a lot of comfort, as we can always expect more fluidity and new things in the service. I think the service can only grow and improve, and it's comforting to know that the community is only growing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the automation is the best RPA interface to programming. I think it might have a dark theme for those with vision problems like me. In addition, I would also like us to be able to change the background colors of the comments so that other developers know what was done and what is the relevance of that piece of code. There are many things that are continually being improved, but I think these two are the ones I would most like to see improved. It doesn't mean I dislike the way it is. Only that it could be changed for better developer interaction

Cosuming API's, it's most easy to use actions and get fast response. I'm currently on a big project where we have to automate several screens and the tool is good because it can capture the fields to be mapped very easily and we save a lot of lines of code. Which is perfect.

If you are looking for a complete tool for agile and easy-to-understand development, this is the tool for you. I'm sure the development team and also students were able to develop professionally, with ease, in this tool.
Automation 360 is fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
Control Room and Cloud possibilities @ AA2019, newly called Automation 360, are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some adjustments needed from packages that still not so good since version 2011. But they are keeping getting better daily. It also requires more updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tax automations, logistical and financial automations. The gains are being in speed and assertiveness of data and deliveries.

It is not a no code platform and needs, in many cases, database knowledge for better configuration, usage and speed. Also, knowledge of some programming languages is mandatory.

What do you like best about the product?
The recent update that the tool received provided a significant improvement in the ease of development using the tool. People who are not used to development can easily acquire knowledge in this version of Automation Anywhere and start developing their tasks

The fact that there is no longer a desktop application for development is a downside in my opinion. We are dependent on the browser/Control Room access to carry out the development of tasks
