Excellent RPA tool that is easy to implement and reliable for automating tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
Very good software that automates processes and reduces daily manual work in the office. I like its ease of use and that it can automate different channels that require email monitoring and data mining. Most of the features of this product are excellent, thanks to its integration with third-party software. It has a cool and very modern interface that makes it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So nothing specific is great because I didn't find any drawbacks and have enjoyed using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started to automate all our repetitive tasks like emails, billing, data extraction, and saving time is something exciting, and the end result is satisfactory.

The new A360 is excellent because it is cloud-based, gaining advantages over other tools and offering more convenience. Another advantage is the execution of the robot and the control Room, with extensive management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the results model of the variables, we can only see it when we debug the robot. It impacts the visualization of the values when we run the robot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating human resources processes, great benefits in execution times. In this case, we managed to automate 100% of the human resources operation.

What I like is that a product that has changed our ability to complete monotonous tasks and is relentlessly easy to master on day one. I have found it reliable and fast in a short period of time. This product has a lot of potentials to automate manual processes and thus save many hours of work. I like the built-in functionalities so that the product integrates with elements such as PDF, Outlook, and much more. It really is incredible I like that it is a product that does what it offers and does not fool anyone.

The way to integrate tools is good but limited. I have wanted to integrate with others, and it has not been possible. Another detail is that the OCR is sometimes not very accurate.

It is a simple and intuitive tool that made it possible to automate repetitive processes that reduced human effort and increased the productivity of the company. In general it has been a great idea to have this tool in our hands.

It is very easy to use, and it is fast, and it provides useful tools to automate repetitive tasks, and I like that it is well documented with the use of various activities, my goal is to be able to ensure that all the processes that are within our reach are efficient, intelligent and profitable and with this tool make it possible. It has all the parameters, and we are very happy about that and we are satisfied that we can save hours of human work. It is efficient and allows everything to be productive, and it is possible to obtain the most effective results quickly with the end-to-end automation of each process, being precise and the best platform available.

Its interface may require some improvements, but our biggest drawback is centered on the slowness to navigate within its platform and the clutter of each of the functions.

It is a very good, very complete and robust tool for automating any workplace in a very easy and fast way, it is relatively easy to use and learn and requires lees coding and has had a tremendous impact on the profitability of our processes and data transfer so that our workforce move towards higher valuer tasks and errors have been greatly reduced.

I like that it was easy to implement and the user interface is understandable, and no coding experience is certainly required. It is extremely flexible and capable of automating both very simple and quite complex tasks. Dragging and dropping helps to develop things quickly. The intuitive handling of the tool offers the possibility of automating processes in a simple way. The entire workflow looks like a pictorial representation, which is much easier to understand. I also like its integration of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft outlook to create tabular data and send automatic emails in the notification of actions to be taken in the context of emails. It's honestly a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great tool, but it sometimes struggles with a slow startup. Also, the registry and I see that it is somewhat limited in automation as it cannot do it with some tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved problems such as extracting relevant information from customer emails; my experience has been very positive as it comes with a certification course that makes everything easier.

As for me studying various tutorials on automation is really great; I discovered a world full of different functions that facilitate human work; it is easy to use, extensive activities, and good support. Its unique feature and provides training to learn in detail, it is one of the best ways to automate processes and reduce daily manual work in the office and save time that can be used for more productive tasks and can increase efficiency. Another detail that I liked was the minimal coding and its minimalist interface.

Support takes time to respond, but once it responds, it solves the problems, but sometimes we have received automated messages that did not help.

Automation of the invoicing processes and the final result is satisfactory, the quality is good, and it is enough for us. The test environment was a great experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that this software is easy to use and very good, which means that I can automate specific tasks that are repetitive and very boring, and I have free time for more important work. It really is very intuitive, feels fluid and efficient and is easy to learn, has incredible workflow capabilities, and can work in fully robotic or human-assisted automation. First, I used the test, and it was great, then it was fully acquired in our company, and that is where we sing the victory.

Sometimes it takes time to load it into my operating system, but there is no need to worry.

What do you like best about the product?
Now, all companies are preferring to implement automation tools. This AA is work on the AI IQ bot, which is really a next-generation tool. I created bots and implemented this RPA tool in the HR and IT departments. HR mainly for onboarding candidates. When we hire new employees, our HR has to enter employee's data manually and update IT team members to initiate start processes. Until HR department approval our IT guys will not authorized to work on new onboarding assignments. before this whole process was taken a full day to complete. But after implementing this RPA tool, just enter employee's data in our HR tool and trigger for all other tasks. Now, all these tasks completing only in an hour, and also we have removed 2 users from this workflow and utilizing them in other tasks. It automatically reduces user dependency and increased our work efficiency. Just drag and drop to create bots. Action has almost all features required. IF action not available we can use the web recording option to record our workflow.

There is no dislike about this AA RPA tool. It helped us a lot and till now we didn't face any issues with this AA tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I was afraid when our company started to implement this AA RPA tool. But I learned to use this RPA tool within 3 days and started working. Good training provided. I successfully created bots and implemented this AA tool in our testing department to alert users when there are any issues with our client tool. This issue has to assign to individual users one by one. We don't have full access to our client tool hence our users have to monitor it manually and assign it to users. But after implementing this AA tool once issues occur based on the user's table it will assign the ticket to the user automatically. Now, all our users are quickly responding to clients' customers on time. Our client is also happy with our work now. Thanks, AA.
What do you dislike about the product?
The best tool I worked on till now. There is no dislike about this RPA tool. Whichever RPA tool you use, few human tasks we can't replace, it depends on where we use this tool, because our first trigger always manual. Maybe in the future, this can happen. We need to wait.

The main drawback that I have been facing for the longest time while using the automation anywhere is that it does not allow to have multiple windows working setup at the same time because the bot is working already in the background which does not allow to have multiple windows. Secondly, sometimes there is a need to check the functionality while dealing with highly customizable work which needs the assistance of a professional developer to increase the work and takes a lot of human effort.

The dashboard is very much accurate. Navigation on the platform is easy and I can easily find the tools and programs very easily because of the modern dashboard. Another great feature, the platform can automatically deal with the complex programs and steps on its own with the use of intelligent bots. There is a lot of course material and how-to guides to easily understand the platform and use it according to the situation. It also has one of the best support staff in the world. Always available for queries. Listen to the problem attentively, provide the best possible solution on the go if it is available otherwise respond after some time with a workable solution that helps a lot in solving the problem.
