Less code RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is very helpful tool to automate repetitive task and save lots of manual effort. This tool is very easy to learn and implement. It's required less code compare to other tool to automate the process. Using Metabots developer can create reusable component which can we used by other team members which will save development time. Another good feature is IQ bot, using it we can achieve invoice automation. Learning automation anywhere is also easy, it has the lots of learning material available on automation anywhere university.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very difficult to automate citrix application using automation anywhere. Improvement in image based automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automated lots of process using automation anywhere. Firstly we started with shipping process in which we are reading html templates and inputting data into application also we have extracted required information form pdf.

Precision is 70% and need to improve on it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Latest version of A2019 take lot of time for deployment and download dependency compared to v11. otherwise the new version is very usefull with new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had used automation anywhere for business solution and for making my life easy by doing some mundane task like saving attachment to drive automatically from email trigger.

All excel related problems and with Automation Anywhere's tool we can automate window and Web based processes. Very easy in use.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to automate most of my repetitive task very well. If one way cant do it, try another way. Automation Anywhere will be able to solve your mundane task and give you more time for other more value added task.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functions at the left pane is alot. And need time to explore everything. If there was a search for the function will be great for some beginners.

Created a few Finance Process which uses 1 FTE for 3 days to do and Automation Anywhere did it in 2 hours. Also did a few IT processes where we will be able to process daily process report and get the essential information that we wanted easily.

I am a developer working on automation anywhere tool for more than 2+ years now and the tool and the UI is very friendly and easy to learn, be it for the developers or for non developers, the development tool is very easy with drag and drop feature for developers to build bots, not required to write anything much, the control room enables the project owner / admin to easily montior the performance of all bots under the control room with distinctive graphical view and data, latest HBC productivity pack enables a more interactive insight for end users with bot hence solving problems of real time user input for the bot and making life easier for business, A2019 version comes with all kinds of advanced features like SAP integration, python scripting, advanced excel, etc. which makes life of developer easier, the tool has gone under significant improvements and updated from version 10.3 to A2019, the updates are very frequent and keeps getting more and more powerful automation tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to drag and drop feature customisations of line of codes entirely is not possible apart from the given customisation options, Due to frequent updates of tool a developer or a admin needs to stay updated frequently with the learning of new features, As a personal preference i would like to use the desktop version of the tool rather than a web version as the development window in the web version feels a bit smaller

Sometime Key stokes not working in other machine. Need to re write the code again. Tool should have some feature to convert text from scan pdf/picture.
