What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, navigation, features, integration, automation capabilities, business intelligence, easy upgrade, good training, support

There is nothing that i dislike in the RPA tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the business banking automation using automation anywhere. We had manual forms for getting the customer information. We used to feed the data manually and we migrated to bot from Automation anywhere and it solved the entire puzzle. We have realized faster processing, risk mitigaation become less and lowered the TCO

I highly recommend this to others as it is intelligent RPA as it helps solve any business use cases

Automation Anywhere is the best tool for Automating business processes. It's easy to learn and have almost every option available for automation.

Till now I have automated several processes with AA and all bots are running smoothly in production

I dislike the product not full compliant using cloud for version 11.3.2 we have to move A2019 can we use the existing features in our version of Product .

What do you like best about the product?
You don't need to write code everything is their tool itself just you need to form a process step by step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Application integrations are a little difficult. Some processes are a little complex, like obtaining a name from an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Worked on IQBots, created bots for pdf extraction and It's coming into excel format but we need XML format. For that, we created a bot for excel to XML conversion. It's worked super fast process.

The Automation Anywhere is a very amazing and user-friendly tool. Automation Anywhere is an excellent platform that creates Bots that performs all types of tasks that reduces manual efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
the low code/no code facility of automation anywhere tool is the best thing i would say about AA tool as it provides all kinds of commands to provide me with features that can automate almost any stuff with just drag and drop
The Security facility of checking the credentials in every 5 minute is also awesome as because of that no other user can use my system or i could say i would know easily if my credentials have been compromised

What do you dislike about the product?
the inability of integration with 3rd party technologies is one of the dislikes in V11 as i can not easily integrate the AA services or commands with API calls such as Google Text to Speech API or Computer Vision of cloud technologies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently i am solving various problems around me to distract myself away from boring stuff

I would recommend the people to learn AA from Automation Anywhere University and try no to go only for theoretical , learn by doing
Try to start automating tasks in your surrounding and i would say initialize learning A2019 as well as i have heard it can allow to integrate with tech giants like Google and Microsoft

I like the User Interface and very easy for any user

almost nothing, in the login page user can see the password when the type of password property can edit and show the password.

my problem is process how to get final report from candidate who join on my company and helping for Human Resource Department get the report by time 2 faster

Automation any where is a great platform in case you want to auto mate something easily and quickly,the meta bot are very stable to work on the web,it is also very friendly it is very flexible to work with web applications and with excel,the courses are very easy to understand and the exercises help you a lot and to get through quickly.

I dislike the method of the process to take again the test because we need to wait for a long time to take one more time sometime for me was more difficult to listening correctly the audio when the speaker was a man, for me its better if the audio was of women

I like to learn about the new way that automation anywhere offers customers to improve the productivity of their business. it is an on demand enterprise grade platform for RPA bot. the platform scales the capacity of the digital work by developing bots any time,anywhere with a single click. it can create, deploy and handle thousand of software bots and can ensure resilience,elasticity ,and scalability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I Recommend using this meta bot to automate web platforms and granulate each task,try hands on along with learning which will help in easy implementation.this tool has a lot many things to explore, the challenges observed in citric based automation and the pricing model for IQ bot,we need to look at the apex vs capex offering by Abby and Koufax and make the product further compelling this would make the product outshine.

What do you like best about the product?
Latest version of A2019 seems to be very useful and need not require any installation of software.Training videos of Automation Anywhere seems to be so helpful with many features compared to other RPA Tools.Support from the team 24/7 is really too good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error handling can be improved as well debugging New Features can be added in object cloning while capturing the object.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks which would last for 8 hrs doing manually would complete in 2 hrs using automation anywhere,this had made us to utilize employees productively.Bots can work 24/7 which makes organisation to operate round the clock.

AA tool gives best new features while compared to other rpa tools.data security features are too high compared to other rpa tools.it provides best user friendly interface in automating tasks.many complex tasks have been automated using automation anywhere which makes unique while compared to any other rpa tools.One can learn automation anywhere easily with no coding background.

I had a great time working on it because it gives you a tremendous amount of functionality especially web-based. It also saves you lots of time when you want to do the repetitive task such as if you are working on some kind of work where you need to download some kind of documents over the net and after that, you have to import those documents on suppose excel and this thing you have to do suppose 1000 times so by using AA bots you can do it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much which I don't like about this tool but yes when you use any software so you want that it should be easily implemented and there should be some of the shortcuts you didn't have to do repeated work so I found one lake in this for Templates which is something I want that those should be there in the form of customization.

I solve the issues or problems which need to be done repeatedly.
