A good tool to learn with ease and Helps with Automating things with an ease.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI for coding in steps helps best for a developer to rectify each lines during alteration and helps to find module sin loops and if else conditions.
especially the Bot runner in the Bottom makes the Developer more rely on which number line of code its currently running rather than waiting for the logs after the bot runs to check where it need a recheck or a debug.Really a Best Tool For Automation Things. Requires Least Knowledge of Coding And Requires less time for a developer to Grasp Things.

What do you dislike about the product?
Certain Drawbacks that makes the look be on dependency. The Processing time is bit more compared to other tools. Certain availability of options were unavailable as i must say in V11.3 which are present In A2019 but still must say the A2019 needs to be a more Stable version. I have the best Experience in working with Various Automation Tools .Yes i Would recommend this tool but at a limit. Yes it is a good start tool to learn and can be implemented in various fields at different domains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently working on a project where data extraction was a problem from PDF IQ Bot came in Existence making it more easy. At places where the automation anywhere client tool for Enterprise use to crash due to Login Issue i realized it has limitations to work in an environment of network with More proxy limitation and N number of Firewalls, here Team automation Anywhere Support Provided a huge Helping Hand

Add more Features to ABBYY Receipt Capture SDK to make it improvise with Plugin into the Automation Anywhere Tool.
Makes development easy, but the operations are difficult.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has a great user interface, it is self explanatory. Also, coding on it is very easy. It reduces the development time significantly. Automation Anywhere ,also has a great support team. In case of any technical challenges, a simple call with them would usually fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is not very reliable with managing load. A lot of time the tool starts behaving awkwardly/incorrectly, when the load is high. This increased our operation time than what is was expected to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems are on the operations side, the tool some times break when the load on it is very high.
In terms of benefits, it has made developing complex solution very easy and has significantly reduces our development timelines.

AA is a nice tool which caters to a large segment of Industry Users Beginner to Expert

AA Is best in class in providing excellent OCR tool functionality along with basic Task Bots - Bot Store provides a One Stop solution to use Industry aligned Secured Bots which saves Time resulting early value realisation
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Bots have not reached maturity like IQ Bot they need more Product Tuning as OCR functionality is still providing lesser quality compared to Python extraction. Also we would require a better Customer care Support for the tool so that on demand basis problems can be resolved as of know we need to wait more to get the queries addressed by the Support team
Also we would like to have better Training added in the Learning Module so that team can Scale up faster using the various modules present online and dependency on the paid services is on Lesser side . this will add the required value

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working in a niche segment O&G sector so our Use Cases are completely different as compared to BFSI sector and our Use Cases involve more Manual processing as compared to the Frequency at which we are processing these processes. We have achieved a significant Savings and they are Above Industry Average may be in Top 5%.

1. Challenges in Migration from v10.x to v11.x
2. Instability of standard OCR commands in event of screen resolution changes.
Needs improvements in area of following,
1. There is not alert mechanism in Control Room that alerts support user while bot monitoring when bots are in thousands.
2. There is need to add platform monitoring dashboards and reports.
3. There is need to provide integrations with external ticket systems.

1. Bot Insight migration from v10.x to v11.x. The workaround on challenges to migrating exiting database of Insights to next version.
2. There are challenges in migration of IQ Bot v5.x to v6.x. AA support provided SOP to follow migration steps that were not available in documents earlier.

Provide integrations with External Softwares like SaleForce, CRM, ERP, Service Now, JIRA, etc.
Great tool to work on.Looking for more updates on me Meta bot and IQ bot.

AA have more commands to create any task.Very less scripting is required hence you can easily create task if you have good logic skill.

Need to work on IQ bot capabilities.Hence it will help to train any kind of document.

I am utilizing Task bot ,Meta Bot and IQ bot in my current project and with the help of this,required less time to develop any task.

Robustness and Flexibility provided by AA is unbelievable, AA has so many Time saving Features which eased our job, AA helped us in getting rid of repetitive task, perform tasks at much accurately and precisely than human beings. It has easy to use UI and very descriptive, AA can be mastered at much faster pace than other RPA tools available in market. Bots are easily deploy-able. The facility to record workflow is very helpful. AA is developer friendly. AA reduces development, rework and cycle time for various critical business processes, which eventually increase customer satisfaction. AA has highly encrypted password locker room to securely store log-in credentials, where passwords can be stored and accessed it while developing, which eliminates the security concerns of clients. AA supports integration of other applications, which is very useful in performing automation tasks in other platforms. AA has excel integration with Excel and performs any given task at ease. The message box feature is very helpful in debugging the AA code. Same bot can be reused for various process with similar functionality. AA Botstore has various pre-built bots for free, which can be directly utilized to save development time.

Costly, multiple failures while using Dynamic delay and Web elements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Automation anywhere to generate Hourly and daily reports, sorting and extracting data from invoices and publishing reports through email/web portals. Benefits are time saver and manual effort on mundane jobs.

Its one of the best RPA tool available in market. Though AA bots are costly, it is worth.

The IQ Bot capability and the pdf extraction capability is best in class among all the available automation tools, even ocr feature is more feature rich than others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt Exception Handling capability, and ability to work with work queue data can be improved, currently i dislike it as it's missing few required functionality.

It helps to automate business process, helps us save hundreds of hour of manual effort. It also helps to reduce manual errors.
