The only challenge which I see with the pace in which new products are being developed by AA is the initial teething issues with their new platform version (which I am sure they are working on).

What do you like best about the product?
If you have a repetitive task that you need to automate and no coding knowledge, Automation Anywhere provides you the opportunity to play, work and create bots that will help you minimize your efforts for redundant tasks. I suggest Automation Anywhere for its user friendly GUI, simple navigators and ROI in weeks. Businesses using Automation Anywhere as their preferred RPA tool have benefited exponentially.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside as such, but if the licensing cost would be reduced, many businesses would pitch in to gain the benefits using this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We required to automate the tedious process where we had to collect information from emails and websites and translate this data into PowerBI. Automation Anywhere has helped to discard the manual task of gathering the information and structuring the data for further processing and storing.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to upload the bot to control room and easy to handle them. Bot creation, visualization, recorders etc.. are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much i dislike in Automation Anywhere tool. But there are some things that need to change in the tool. It is good if there is a search option in getting activities in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere helped us a lot in reducing repetitive work and huge amount of data. we used Automation Anywhere tool for invoice generation for one of our customers. which reads the mails from customers and understood the requirement of them and does required changes and at last sends the mail to customer. we used this tool for one more process using web application which reads the data from microsoft excel sheet and replicates the data in web application tool. Using this we can save time and use less human power.

I suggest we can give a try to Automation Anywhere tool when your company is working n RPA.
User friendly and Quality of support
What do you like best about the product?
AA provides a complete, integrated RPA platform to automate the business requirements. AA is user friendly Tool & easy to automate the Tasks. From the technical perspective, I find the MetaBots to be very powerful. AA supports IQ Bot and unstructured data through single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The control room provided is unstable sometimes stopped working. AA does not function as a standalone RDA software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes object cloning is not able to work and we contacted with AA supporting Team and solved.

An inline scripting easy maintainable cloud based RPA solution with highly reliable solutions to a wide gamut of use cases.

Email automation features be integrated in to the tool instead of using it as a Metabot. Linux support would open up more opportunities.

Several use cases are being handled. The greatest benefit of AA is that the cost goes down as we scale up to include more bots. This leads to faster ROI.

Be patient to practice the tool. Plan to buy more number of bots, for a cost effective approach. You will also be oriented to do more RPA.

The best about this product is it is easy to use. This automation tool is newbie friendly since it is sentence based, they can easily understand the functionality or actions they will be using.
This is cheaper that the other automation tools but will exceeds your expectations.

Object Cloning is superb! Even OCR functionality is awesome! Image Recognition is also promising!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized that by using Automation Anywhere, my repetitive process becomes more reliable. Since it will only do all the coded actions there is no chance that it can miss a step or do unnecessary actions that are not inputted in the tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that you use this when you have a repetitive process being done.
You can also use this when the developer is new to automation since this is so user friendly!
All functionality and actions are easy to understand and the UI also gives you clue on what that item is used for!

Best and effective RPA tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the most reliable and efficient RPA tool in the market. Entire development environment is fluent and easy to understand even for businesses. It has set of commands, all you need to do is to configure the commands per your requirement. If you have little programming experience, it's even better as the output of the commands is in the script format.
I like the Meta bots section where we have prebuilt bots those can be configured per your needs one example is SAP login meta bot that makes SAP login very easy and reusable in as many automation as needed.
IQ bot is another feature that helps intelligence embedded in the bots. Code re usability part is very good in terms of Task bots.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere needs to be little more aggressive in terms of incorporating Machine learning, AI and Computer vision technologies into the RPA bots. Also, third party OCRs and invoking third party code snippets like Python

I work for an RPA implementation partner, implementing RPA solutions for our customers, assisting them in automating their mundane business processes, suggesting process improvements and educating them about the utilization of RPA tools. My technical expertise include Automation Anywher, Pega Robotics, UiPath and Pyton.

Best tool for programming web applications. Simple use and quick understanding of the intended functions. I've been using the tool for 4 months and I'm amazed by its performance

I think it could improve the tool's "if" options
