The Simplest and Effective Automation tool in market
What do you like best about the product?
The UI of AA is very user friendly and even if you are not from coding background you can automate any process.Its error handling is better than any other tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many more options to automate needs to be added.the limits to have commands must increase.

It has reduced many manual process of clients and saved lots of time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has the best solution design, Cognitive ideas and amazing solution in IQ Bot. We can be able to extract the data from docs, PDF integration command is very helpful. Overall, I had a good experience with this tool and it will be growing faster. It has a great OCR feature that gives 99% accurate results.
The best thing I like in automation anywhere is
(1) It doesn't need any programming knowledge
(2) it also eliminated humans effort as everything is done automatically
(3) this also increases tasks
(4) saves a lot of human time as in rapidly automates complex and complicated tasks
(5) withh a enterprise we don't have to worry about the safety of our information. It is backed with the top- notch security protocols which assure you of the across multiples locations
(6) AA enterprise takes pride in its state of the art analytics and reports allow users to control and monitor the performance of their rpa bots..
(7) This helps in providing insights and recommendations as to which areas of the business and improvement.
Some Features of Automation Anywhere A2019 that I personally like the most are it's AI ability, Advanced Excel features, client moved to Cloud, IQ Bot, Credential Vault, Bot Insights apart from this it has excellent scheduling & triggering ability, It also offers flexibility in scheduling at any time as per the user convenience.
Automation Anywhere has also has a very strong feature of queues & workload. Almost all sort of repetitive tasks can be automated easily and aids quick learning for the beginners.
With the help of Automation Anywhere, we can able to create any task straight forward. The inbuilt data types and its usage is convenient enough to automate excel and csv files. The object cloning command is powerful enough to be compatible with any kind of applications equally. Metabots are really an added advantage while dealing with applications whose DLLs are available (eg. SAP). This solves the major problem of selectors getting changed while dealing with applications. IQ Bot is another interesting feature which is currently work in progress.

Few more controls can be added to automate tasks. Security is the major concern and few activities that we use must have a access limiter. Expecting the IQ Bot to be compatible with a wide range of applications.

All the business process/ Tasks which needs to be automated for avoiding repetitive things and for reuse the tasks using just on a single button click.

As a test engineer,the feel i got is i can able to reduce my regression effort with the help of automation,which helps my organization to save more time and money.By automating several scripts using some of the tools like TOSCA also helped me to learn a lot of things like automation frame work etc.

The cost of automation tools,because of high cost cant able to use them daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned the way the regression effort got reduced is very amazing to me.Now i can able to do 36 hours of work in 3 hours.
AA2019 is a game-changer for integrated automations
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is an integrated automation platform which gives powers to novice users to automate all kinds of use-cases involving structured, semi-structured and unstructured data. Its Bot creator is perhaps the most comprehensive Integrated Development Environment which packs more than 500+ drag-&-drop commands to enable WYSWYG development.
IQ Bot is the best cognitive solution. I've tried multiple solutions for OCR including Abbyy Flexicapture and Kofax, however none speeds up the process of template configuration the way IQ bot does even though it uses Abbyy Finereader or Google Tesseract engines. Its UI is highly intuitive and can be easily used by non-programmers.

1. Training portal needs major improvement. I get more help on youtube and community portals then from Automation Anywhere’s training portal.
2. Despite enhancements done in AA2019, AA has a long way to go for Citrix automation. I work in a BPO where most of the client applications are accessed through Citrix, however our we haven’t achieved much success using Automation Anywhere for those use-cases.

Automation Anywhere is the most comprehensive, secure & unified RPA & Cognitive platform. For rule-based tasks consisting of structured data, AA provides seamless coding abilities through task bot. For semi-structured data, AA offers IQ Bot which I've found to be the most user-friendly. Automation Anywhere is the best from all aspects - Features, ease of development & maintenance, security, cost and resource availability. Period.

Automation Anywhere is a really good tool to automation process. You cna do a lot of things no matter what is your expertise area. This is my first tool in automation, and the experience was really great. through the procces of learning, this paltform give you the capacity to explore all the differents methods and the differents ways to automate your process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI isn't friendly when you are programming your robot. Like other tools, in AA you can get lost on your "code lines" because is not .... Also the installation of the programm is to complicated: first you need to install a server part and the install the idle part. Why you dont only use one program?
Not all the users have the opportunity to work with the server part and that is a stopper in the learning process. Other Tools like UIpath doesn't need that requirement to start working.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In AA i solved two problems: First, I use the tool to assign some roles in the company for the new employees. The robot reads a xls file and then it log in into a company page to update the empleyee profile. In the other hand, I also use it to make a scrapping robot to collect the linedin profiles of some people that the bussiness need.

Te best recomendarion i can give to you is the installation method. Is to complicate to install the server part and then the AA Idle to work.

Automation anywhere unable to use optical Character Recognition (OCR) effectively.It is generally not favorable for back end automation.

Easy to use, you can do play with command as much you want. Before A-2019 its a awesome tool but after A-2019 added a more feature and its become more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Coding in Automation anywhere is easy. Each version is coming up new enhancement and making the tool's performance, stability, flexibility in preparing BOTs and deploying the BOT to production. The commands are very much useful for all types of Automation like Web Automation, Excel Automation, Email Automation, PDF etc. The Control Room is very simple and easy to understand and work on it. The functionalities are very much helpful. I like how easy it is to develop robots in automation anywhere. Not only it's easy but it's a really powerfull tool. I have hundreads of commands to easily perform any action and as well we have the IQbot which allows you to easily extract information from PDFs. Extracting info from PDFs usually requieres you to get 3rd party solutions like abby flexicapture but with the IQbot it's not necessary.
I like to learn about the new way that Automation Anywhere offers customers to improve the productivity of their business. When I was learning automation anywhere, the course contents were very interesting, the classes are well planned and presented in a pleasant visual way and provides an easy understanding.

What do you dislike about the product?
Control room UI has to be improvised in when scrolling up and down. What I dislike about Automation Anywhere is how hard they place the exams for certification. They teach you something and in the exam they place questions not related with it. So if you fail you must be paying to retake it again. Also what I don't like is that in version 11 you don't have variable types. Come on we don't even have a boolean? Gladly it got fixed in A2019 and also they added new features which I think it's cool. The citrix automation is not as good as Uipath but they announced that it will be fixed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers are happy in reducing manual efforts and human errors. Results will be in structured format. I've been solving problems like too many people doing robot jobs and reducing errors to 0 since we were losing some clients when an employee accidently typed an extra 0 or just forgot to added. We been using the IQbot to get info from PDFs and have taskbots and metabots process this information. We had 18 people doing this and now we replaced it with a single robot. It's faster and more realiable and this people will get a chance to do more leadership stuff which will also benefit them.
