It is ideal for quick implementation of automation for standard commercial processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like this product because its learning ability is excellent, and much of the learning will be done on your own. Robotic process automation is simplified with AA. It's good to get started with certification, although the free trial increases confidence to get started with authentication and decreases scripting time. I like that it is compatible with Excel and can enter multiple data sets and export the results to the test in the desired format.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is too high; it's the only thing I don't like.

Robotic automation improves productivity and helps me build and manage bots easily. It is very easy to create a manual flow using this tool. It is ideal for automating

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the fantastic RPA software companies I've ever seen. I like its performance which is very fast and impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is no doubt the best RPA. But there are some cons like unprofessional Behavior. Sometimes they do, but I heard that it's not happening anymore, so that’s okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere helped me to make my business significantly faster and easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe the support from the AA support staff and the Huge AA community where almost any query has answers. Cost-Efficient, Easy to understand, easy to train are some of the key features of Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some commands can do a lot more than what they already do.

What do you like best about the product?
I have started automating small tasks at the beginning using Automation Anywhere RPA tool, It was very useful, making my work so much productive. I used automation in small tasks such as tracking my expenses, filling my timesheet and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much about dislikes, but there are some minute things which can be taken into consideration like the availability of using the tool for everyone and also the user experience can be much more better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving my daily needs to fasten my daily chores and making my day a productive one.
Recommend AA to a friend .I have done one POC using AA .Was very happy with the features.

In Automation Anywhere the process is very simplified so that any one can use it .And the bots that it is providing is very good .The best part is once the automation is over it can send email to all the listed users about the execution which helps to know the status very easily

Automation Anywhere is a licensed product if we can come up with 2 versions one for free with limited features which may improve the usage of AA

All the repeatative tasks we do using AA RPA automation.WHich helps to automate the whole process and ROI is more .
Ideal tool for Entry-level automations
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity is the best feature of this solution. I have used other RPA solutions and they are not as straightforward as Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are claims that the tool now has AI/ML capabiltiies but it fails when it encounters something as simple as a password expired message. I would rather expect the tool to automatically trigger the password reset automation when it encounters a password expired (not failed) notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the most basic automation tasks that do not lend to leveraging the more modern data sharing paradigms (REST APIs) etc. or desktop apps that cannot be automated.
Process automation is a future timeline - excellent RPA software
What do you like best about the product?
I like this software not only for automating processes but for being so simple and friendly. It is a software that promises and fulfills; you do not have to have the the experience to use it, its functions have clear details and great documentation. It is the best RPA.

Problems with creating bot but they were fixed.

Process automation, documentation and data extraction.

A software that does repetitive work for you, who would not pay for it. I highly recommend it.
Perfect RPA software that reduce manual intervention in repetitive task and make them automatic
What do you like best about the product?
I like to see the robot go by, and doing all the tasks for me is a very good and beneficial thing. I also like that it reduces manual intervention and frees up time for other tasks. It is an exciting journey full of opportunities. The user interface is very clear, with detailed documentation. But the best thing is automation for the activities of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty good so far, but in some cases, I have found some bugs with the robots, and sometimes it is very difficult to understand, and they disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of business processes, mainly improving the productivity of our human processors, which allows them to be more productive on the same workday than before.

I do not usually recommend software, but with this, I would make an exception since it really is very good.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to incorporate into various processes at work and has exceptional and innovative features; the integrated Ai engine is a topic of interest to me. The ability to run Automation from the cloud will give us peace of mind. Automation Anywhere won the race at the time and remained in the number one spot. We deployed version 10.x to the pilot environment and then migrated to production, the migration was pretty seamless, and AA, CSM support team, and account managers have played a key role in making that happen. Similarly, from version 10.x to version 11.x and I am now working with the AA team to migrate to the new cloud-born AA 360 product. Automation Anywhere has also provided a good platform for the team to share its learning with a wider community of practice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Drag and drop is designed to be easy; however, it is difficult to work with that tends to be tedious at times. Flow issues due to inefficient coding practices if the ability to use integration scripts is disabled. We are still waiting for updates to correct those issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have benefited greatly from using Automation Anywhere for RPA solutions. It has led to considerable and measurable benefits.

Get started right away and have a plan on how to incorporate RPA into your team, it's easy to get started.
Great easy to learn product with AI related capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because the platform is easy to administer, and we always get very good updates along with maintenance. But first of all, it is software that is about programming without code, which means that anyone could use it and automate processes in a few steps. It is an artificial intelligence system that allows you to create bots and automate and meet objectives and execute tasks in less time. It is the most reliable solution to facilitate our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could improve the documentation more and that you have more function and especially in PDF in only has specific accesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to simplify our processes, and we found this product, and it was the best we could do. We got good results.

I would recommend it to anyone, whether they are a beginner or not, because really with this software you can learn a lot of interesting things.
