Recording feature where non technical people can also automate without any additional effort with bit of modification. Easy UI and Fast response. Easy control from Control room over runner and creator machine.
Also the support provided by Automation Anywhere where they revert and resolve the issue on time and put their effort on tickets.
Training and certification is very effective and accurate on online portal. No need to have any private coaching for the same.

What do you dislike about the product?
SAP automation feature is not so accurate and need to use DLL feature. Auto capture features can be very helpful here. (Like - Object cloning)

We recently faced issue with Image recognition module where its just checking window for the 30 seconds though we need to check for 1 minute. Ticket has been generated for the same.
Hard to handle execution END for commands like IF, LOOP. Need to write additional comment to keep a track.

Dates handling is little difficult since there is very limited variable types. Using one command i.e) Variable operation which doesn't not allows dates calculation.

The flow of commands between attended and unattended automation is breeze and it gives a better control for users to manage their automation process well.
One of the best in their automation courses through their learning university which is in detail and depth to all work areas of automation, which makes it very niche.
Having Said that, the product is reliable for high volume transactions, which makes it a product to go.

Control and its Menu could have been much better and userfriendly.
Definitely a expensive product if Customer don't have the automation road map visualised, documented and buy in is with all stake holders
Integration to BPM engines has to be made more easy and less of code
Training Modules has lot of repetition as well as spelling mistakes at few areas. Also few of the modules looks outdated - This needs to be redone correctly, considering the current COVID Situation, where people will invest their time mostly in learning and working remotely.

A must have product / platform in your digital transformation journey [Automation Journey] as this one platform can cover a load of features in one go. AA Platform can reduce technical debt in organisations to a greater extent as it has the flexibility to integrate, talk with most of the platforms on the go.
Good and least learning curve makes it a choice of use.
Only catch is that as a client, there must be a clear budget, internal consensus and vision to drive this platform to scale and its nuts and bolts. Client must be willing to be taking the drive to move this forward when challenges in the implementation arises which can be part of any automation journey.
If these areas are missing, then automation becomes unsustainable.

Automation Anywhere tool offers wide variety of automation which includes Web applications, Desktop applications, Excel etc. This gives a flexibility to anyone to achieve end to end automation. This tool provides wide variety of bots which can be deployed to perform actions sequentially or in parallel which can be dependent/independent from each other.
Also this tool can be used to automate native apps like excel etc. Also we have flexibility to create data at run time. Also easy to maintain the test data for any use case.
Also online tutorials provided from community portal are helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
None that I have seen so far. I am using it at beginner level currently. But so far its working great for me. As this is very recent technology, there isn't much help available on the internet.

This helped us to automate end to end use case which includes web app and desktop app.
