Simple and easy to automate. Very good inbuilt functionalities. Easy learning. The good user interface, recording is very friendly and can achiever most of the business scenarios

It's simple-to-code platform which is great for business users that have no programming background

Lack of out of the box functions that supports common software that's used by most companies (i.e. SAP automation). From my experience, we need to install additional items to be able to automate in SAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly processes in finance and telco industries
Automation Anywhere is very simple and useful tool to do automation for people having logical sense.
What do you like best about the product?
Along with bot development aa have good features like IQBot, BotInsights, HBC, Attended Automation alongwith cognitive services.

Automation Anywhere doent have good find and replace feature in tool to replace any variable or anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing tedious and repeating work of employees using Automation Anywhere along with some insights for the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the first company with a native cognitive, analytics, and Bot Store. AA is easy to adapt, use and learn. It can help in the reduction of day-to-day mundane, repeatative manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty sensitive. The slight change in native/underlying applications can lead to BOT failure and require a code change.

I like the smart recorder functionality of the Automation Anywhere, which is used for data scrapping in the case of web and windows automation

IQ bot is used to process both the semi-structured(like JSON files) and unstructured data (like image files).
With the current version of the Enterprise - A2019, we have better features like RBAC(Role-Based Access Control), we can expect much safe and secured development of the bots

What do you dislike about the product?
With the recent A2019 AA product, most of it's limitation has been removed as of now. It has very good UI compared to earlier versions. Also, with the cloud integrations, RPA as service is hosted just like any SAAS product, and we can easily use the software from any browser and we don't need to install any extra software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can automate repetitive and manual tasks like data entry, excel based operations, Web UI automation, Desktop automation, and OCR-related automations.
We have encountered better performance of bots, costs, and time savings after using this product.

Very easy to automate window and web based process.can work 24*7 without rest,AA has simplified the emailing process

Interface seems to be complicated one,and in order to have complete command of it we need to learn all features, difficulty in processing excel files,
