Overall product architecture is good .. different components are available for different purposes

Most time taking job is populating information into CRM/ERP from soft copy document either proper document or scanned document. Automation anywhere makes this process automated with minimizing human error to zero.

Automation anywhere is a tools which very easy to use and you can implement your logic quite easily as per your need.
It is a good tool to automate the repeated process and can customize according to the requirement.

The bot store, salable deployment and industry leading features are which I like best.

Licensing split up and renewal. It will be better if it can be maintained as single license.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is extremely easy to understand, easy to use it's drag and drop commands, no manual coding required , able to automate end-to-end business processes, repetitive and manual tasks .The features I like most are : Metabot , IQ Bot to deal with unstructured data, Credential Vault, Control Room, Audit log. Web recorder is very helpful to automate the download process from several websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is not being effective with hand written invoices.

There are not much things to dislike in Automation anywhere, however sometimes there are too many roles to take into consideration while deploying the code which makes it cumbersome to use.
Apart from this the User Interface could be tweaked a bit to make it user friendly.

Our organisation is making effective use of Automation Anywhere by deploying/developing ERP solutions as well as reporting has also been taken care of.
Also SAP related projects are being developed. We have successfully developed projects for internal clients.

Automation anywhere has emerged as a market leader in terms of handling complex businesses for RPA and has lead to rapid ROI in many companies. It has a great learning academy which has free courses till 30th June as well.
It is a win win situation as more developers will be trained on the tool and experience the capabilities of the tool further. Also scaling of processes is easier in AA with integration to AI and other complexities that are faced while handling a big project are taken care of.

Powerful Tool for all my IT support needs
What do you like best about the product?
The Tool is inbuilt with all the options and scenarios we can encounter to address our customer needs and it does that seamlessly easily and with efficiency and agility. The use of use also helps us in implementing the automation anywhere without any hassle a little bit of training and with ease. Also the tool is free to learn which makes it easy for us to learn and start with implementing the tool. We are no longer dependent on organization to fund for our training and then decide amongst us who can be funded to attend the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tools is smart and user interactive enough. I feel we can make the assessments bit more comprehensive and include more variety of scenarios from real life to assist the student to experience the real life situations before actually getting onto the floor to support using the automation anywhere tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far i have used the tool to learn the concepts and get familiarize with the features and benefits of using this tool in our organization. Once on the floor start to support te client i can fully share about my experience of the benefits and realizations .

This is a perfect tool to integrate your current IT infrastructure with the automation tool and make your team members learn the new concepts in a fun and easy way. This tool can assist you in getting the most complex tasks like finding images and error codes in the program, sorting and formatting the reports and images and texts and then creating a complex report with full sorting, formatting and using the write strings all this automatically by just a click of a button.
As a RPA developer i have used AA along with other Tools and felt AA is in demand in industry.

1 - UI(it took me a while to get used to it and still feels certain changes can increase productivity)
2 - inflexible(like can only use IE, lacks variety in types of actions that can be performed, etc)

Developed bots and felt it much easier to control a process using sessions and AA is more reliable in identifying element in applications.

AA is just a tool, how good it works is based on how good you make use of it. Familiarize yourself with its features and interface to get best out of it.

All types of applications can be interacted using a single .atmx file. While in Blue Prism, you need to create different objects for each type of application.

No flexibility to create custom functions for excel operation.
No commands like 'Go to' to navigate to a particular line of command. Creates issues while designing things programmatically.
