Best automation tool to do intelligent process automation.
What do you like best about the product?
What i like most in automation anywhere is the IQ bots. AAE provides various readymade bots to ease our development among them the most i like is the IQ bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike the most in AAE is the unavailablity of using it on linux based server for automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked on pdf data extraction, email automation, web automation and excel automation using AAE.

AISense, AARI, and Java build to support Linux installation of CR

Rigidness around Bitbucket Support , CI/CD pipeline, AARI desktop connectivity, Support for Flexible DB options, unpreparedness for Kerberos, rigidness in adaptability to private cloud, rigidness in the process of installing in linux, no support for containerised environment and no docker images for A2019 CR setup, poor customer support. OCR and ML capabilities are not as good as our customised scripts for same

Many use cases in client onboarding , loan servicing, KYC, and client services area of commercial banking

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the most user-friendly automation tools available in the market. The automation anywhere community is helpful in solving our doubts. The available use cases helped us get an idea of where we can implement this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to invest time to learn how everything functions and also If you are a beginner a full training is a must to make the best use of Automation Anywhere. The Enterprise version is costly and may not be suitable for medium size organizations.

In our marketing department, we automated certain workflows that helped us save our sales team time and made them focus more on getting more customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I can complete my multiple tasks in just one trigger. In our IT department, I am mainly using this tool for ticket assigning to engineers to work on it. Before we use to do it manually where ticket assigning was taking more time and less time to complete tasks. Now, after automating this task each user getting a notification immediately where they are getting more time to fix the issue. And also now we can performance improvement of users. This RPA tool not only helps make our tasks automate but also automatically makes all our work easier. Since I am getting status notifications on time, I can spend my time on other works. Management is also very happy with our IT dept performance now. The support team is also very interactive, if any issue they will help us to rectify issues immediately. Thanks!

Till today I didn't face any major issues with this tool. This tool has almost all the features required for us. There is no dislike about this tool. Best support and training team available. If any issue they will rectify it immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of new features / functionalities that come directly from UiPath based on the new changes that are prevalent in the market, it has a great study designed for developers to create an amazing community, it is a great automation software that has improved greatly my way of working, it also provides a recording function to automate the process and easy. It has very good flexible licensing options, which is another added bonus. The community forum is the best, and out-of-the-box solutions are always available for issues, which is always an added bonus for any technology platform, making us scale business solutions.

I like everything, and I don't see any flaws, just slowness issues, but it doesn't bother me.

We can automate the web application without any problem, the wide range of exceptions provided in the tool makes the bot even more stable and reliable, we can also easily automate large business processes, give more control over-complicated and repetitive tasks, and easily complete a task.
