Awesome RPA tool nowadays
What do you like best about the product?
I use another tool in Colombia, but I can say that automation anywhere is most pówerful than another similars,
With good knowledge is easy to use, is so fast at the moment to create bots, contains many information on web.

Trial for enterprise, to study at home to learn more and practice.

Extract information on invoices is so easy and faster.

AA - a best start to RPA!
What do you like best about the product?
There are a plenty for options available in Automation Anywhere, I have used other RPA tools also but I didn't find a variety of options like this. Especially, when are new to RPA - AA will be the best platform. You be a Java developer, SQL developer or whatever, you will easily understand the functionality of AA. Finally the best part is community edition, you can take your days and learn slowly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tutorial videos are not much effective. Video required for variety of issues. It would be more useful if image recognition is available. At least a image comparison functionality is needed, which will be very useful in identifying a dashboard images, graphical images or even a icon or a picture that describes the category of a product or item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have just started with Automation Anywhere. The best part in AA is keyboard inputs and mouse inputs can also be recorded and implemented in bots. Even to get a value from file or mail, I don't need much code its as simple as few lines in AA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will definitely recommend to use AA, you can get the best in RPA and obviously its very easy to start with.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot many things which I personally like about Automation Anywhere tool but to keep it short and simple I would like to mention a few of them which I use in my day to day life for my current and my previous project in my company.
The ability and simplicity to create automation bots in order to achieve the day to day repetitive and manual tasks in my project is the best and my favorite feature from Automation Anywhere tool.
I can even schedule the bots creates using my Android application from my smartphone and upon job completion it is very easy to view the reports and results and to check out the failure results and the root cause for each jobs failure saves a lot of my time.
The linking compatibility of Automation Anywhere tool with several other tools available in the market is another cherry on top of the cake.

There are basically a very few things to mention for the dislike category but still would like to highlight it over here so that the people who are planning to try Automation Anywhere tool will have a glimpse of what challenges or issues they will or might face in their journey with Automation Anywhere tool
The first thing which I hate the most is the trial version period which has been set to 30days from the day of installation which makes it really difficult to understand the tool, learn from different available sources, implement the live examples and demo examples, rectify all the issues being faced and get it implemented for a live scenario from the current project. In my aspect if there was any chance with which a community edition can be made available for the community that would have literally solve the issue.
The second and the last thing which I would like to highlight is the audience limitation to discuss about the live implementation of Automation Anywhere tool and to get the issues rectified create a roadblock in the implementation journey. If by any chance a wider audience group can be made available to help us with some real time examples that would be great.

Well in my day to day life for the previous and current project we have implemented Automation Anywhere tool to create bots in order to fulfill the requirements of the tedious manual jobs which were being completed using human efforts with lots of man power and time consuming

User Friendly tool AA client window application & AA A2019 is not user friendly because every time it is disconnecting , no shortcut keys like window AA client application.

Following are the dislikes,
1. Functionality to throw a custom error and jump to the error handler missing
2. Having limited commands of automation like in mail functionality.
3. Chrome is not fully supported
4. Need more more type of variables apart from List, Array, Value,etc like Data table

2. As compare to previous RPA tool which I used, Automation anywhere tool is very quick to develop the software bots which minimizes the time of development and hence we can deliver the bots on and before the timelines to clients

What do you like best about the product?
Its a simple tool and can help business reduce lot of manual workload. We have seen cases on automatic emails routing, automatic invoice processing, call address and issue resolutions through automation anywhere tool and IQ bots provided there in. This is the future of automation in world wide industries and can enhance customer as well as users experiences. This tool is licensed but with proper CBA analysis we can showcase the reduction in manual working hours, resources and quality of work will improve which will result in more productivity and hence rise in profitability of the overall company. Better prospects for employees engaged in automation industry and growth mindset envisaged with in the employees to do better. With new age automation, RPA tool and AI and ML integrations businesses have realized the importance of automation in day to day activities and now are targeting to create more use cases to incorporate such technologies in all operations be it Adminstration, Human resource, Finance, Etc. Even people in Finance are working together with IT Partners to onboard more such tool and build Center of Excellence models for their overall business.

Tool is simple and can have more detailed user friendly refer documents to learn

We have seen cases of Invoice processing through in build OCR tool through automation anywhere, reading tables and structered data through websites and uploading in excel templates

At present we are using for the some accounting and billing process.some many benefits as there in that perfection in result is the much better benefit.

Longer Turn around time from AA support team. Once Control room was down in December 2019 which impacted month close / ear end activities.

AA give flexibility even to go for most complicated processes, in Financial services deployed 5 integrated bots including 1 IQ bot for back to back invoice processing.

Mainly I have implemented bots i n Financial and Accounting sector, in which my bots generated very good ROI to the Organization and where company had used those FTE to do skill activities.

There are few issues when we connect to the server side but gets resolved very quickly by raising a ticket or contacting the help desk.
