What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most, aside from the commands used for building automation is the Role-based Access which can be a great help in access restrictions and skill specialization of each user.
What do you dislike about the product?
A Control Room Administrator should have a deep learning and understanding about the roles and permissions to maximize and properly utilize the use of important features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the members of the organization with different roles aside from developer have contributed greatly in overall RPA Solution using some other features like Bot Insights,
It was an exciting added skill that I have learned.
What do you like best about the product?
I thoroughly enjoyed the automation capabilities of AAE and understanding how far automation can go to solve complex problems. AAE's capability to integrate with different platforms and also scale simultaneously is a great feature of AAE.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the first things I noticed was that it only runs on windows and the architecture is an on-premise type of architecture. Will there ever be a Linux version in the future? The reason I am asking is that there is a potential to integrate with a lot more open-source tools like DevOps (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and many others). Linux usually is the primary operating system for CI/CD and its flexibility and compatibility with many other toolsets. The other factor, that also strikes my mind was why is the control room not in the cloud? With the exception of having a Citrix and SAP environment with its own architecture requirements to be able to utilize the BAPI feature etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many problems and benefits that you can realize within the limitations of the AAE itself. ROI, increased user productivity, and solving complex problems, Reporting and auditing are all great features of AAE. But more can be achieved as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Using automation Anywhere we can automate a whole process that we want to do. I have done the courses of Automation Anywhere and the teaching process is very easy. One can easily understand the language and the things on how to automate anything. This software is really very helpful for productive work without taking lot of time. It uses different types of bots to make the things done so it saves lots of time for us. The software is made in such a way that anyone can use it and implement it in their work. Very tedious and repetitive work can be done without much extra effort. The interface is very interactive and very simple which can be understood by anyone whoever wishes to use it. Whether it is sending bulk of emails at once ,invoice processing, auditing, email notification automation , add or modify customer data into CRM can be done using automation. All these tasks can be done using automation. It not only saves the precious time of us but also reduce the work force to do these tasks. The percentage of having mistake using automation is zero. The Automation Anywhere is really a great platform to use for our good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every features of Automation Anywhere is good whether it is Task Bot or IQ bot or Vision Bot or Metabot . But there are some parts which i would mention that need some improvement. Like there should be more features for using python script. Pricing should be little low so that anybody can afford it. Installation and troubleshooting should be more simplified. These are some parts that should be looked upon otherwise it is the best one to automate .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was working on a project where I had to deliver email and SMS notification to my clients for the transaction for each day they have made and the total savings they have done. Previously I was doing it by my own but it took 4 to 5 hours to do so. So I had the idea to automate it. Searching on web I found this Automation Anywhere and implemented it on my project.

There are lots of advantages of using Automation. Every industry should use Automation Anywhere. Small works like delivering emails to large work can be done with it. lots of time can be saved and maximum profit can be earned . So there is no question that we should not use it.

It eases repetitive work which can be tiresome. reduces time taken to do regular tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
logical errors when creating tasks will be ignored and maybe costly to the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
increases time taken to test developed website as we have created a routine to automate test on the website. filling invoices on microsoft NAV and extraction of records from excell.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automation Anywhere tool can be used by anyone with less or no background in any programming languages. The best part is that even though it is just drag and drop functionality, this tool can perform wonders. All the functionalities are handy and less confusions which is an upside for AA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionalities limited to drag and drop. But we do have options like triggering python code or macro etc. from Automation Anywhere that levels the limited functions. And if the IQ bot was improved then it would be great. Currently it is not as accurate as our organization needs. I believe the team is constantly working to improve it. The A2019 web version has a bit of flaws being the initial build. Sometimes the bot agent get disconnected for no reason. This was something that I faced. And the AA support is not as good as it was in the beginning. I know the AA tool is now having lot many customers. But the existing ones needs to have the same support as in the beginning. I would recommend that the support team should expand in proportion to the new customers added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Automation Anywhere for web automations, web scrapping. And it works seamlessly.
If the OCR engines are improved then we have a lot of opportunities for the IQ bot in that regard. I noticed significant improvement in the OCR engine in the latest version. I believe it will improve much better.

It's a great tool for anyone even with less or no programming background. Go for it and get automations done at ease
Best Tool in RPA
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is most user friendly when compared with other tools. Beginner can easily learn the tool because it has Drag & drop functionality with less programming knowledge. Using Tool we can automate web applications & rule based repetitive tasks. We have automation anywhere university where we can learn from scratch using learning paths. We have Support team to get all the queries answered. We can also automate unstructured data using IQ Bot where we can train the bot & use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike in the tool because it has lot of features in every release and AA Team is developing new releases with additional functionalities. I can say Automation anywhere tool is the best to explore and learn.

I have been working with automation anywhere tool for longer time, We used tool to automate web applications like Application form filling for new joiners using input as excel, Excel automation, Email Automation etc we used to develop using the tool.

AA tool is the best in RPA Tools where we drap & drop functionality , which can be easily implemented and lots of features available in the tool. Also we can learn from scratch using automation anywhere university . We have quality of support can get for the tool. Beginners can easily take a move and learn easily with less programming knowledge

It was a good tool to use and it reduces lots of manual effort . The pdf automation is big time saver

The documentation on how to use each tool should be improved as some of the tool doesn't have enough detail on how to use it .

It's quicker to handle pdf validation. We had been using it to read from the pdf values and compare it on screen which is a tedious task which can be done in mins

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has helps us in numerous ways to get settled with our working routine and to manage bundle of manually written data. Our job nature is base on procurement, sales and marketing. All these categories require full attention to manage, and to carry out paperwork was very tough. In order to get rid of the monotonous task, Automation Anywhere is excellent tool, it has helped us to take an insight look into our sales funnel and generating invoices. It is perfect automation platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere has high price, and its interface is not so appealing, in the beginning you have to spend time to find about its functionality. Moreover its email services could be made more advanced, in terms of editing. Also I have found is a bit complex in its configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is integrated with excel, the customer list which we use to type, is no more a requirement. We are easily uploading and marinating or files in a synchronized manner, thanks to automation anywhere which has made our process more optimized and time saving. We are its happy and satisfied customers.
