Bot creating tool to automate the tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of this tool is that for each task it has a separate component defined in the GUI and sometimes if data analysis or machine learning is required, it also has the characteristics that make any type of task this makes it a complete set. It has different types of accounts for AAE locker administrator, admin and user with its predefined permissions and privileges.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the ease of many components and features, this interface is not so attractive that makes it difficult to find components and some pre-knowledge is also required for its better use and efficiency. It also requires some modification as it throws some errors while executing bots for local tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While working with the company I used to work on various softwares and technologies, data analysis and web scraping is one of them which is a kind of repetitive manual work. When I started using automation anywhere, it becomes very easy for me to deal with this tedious work in seconds and now with the help of this tool I can manage automated bots running for my employees and clients. It has become the most beloved tool of my company and has helped a lot in dealing with complex job's work easily.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best tool that helps me getting out of the repetitively occurring tasks. This is the best ever software with effective functionalities and it is based on latest RPA technology which helps me in making work so reliably. It has created much convenience for us and helps me send emails to huge number of recipients at the same time. As it consists of so many templates, so it is easy for us in drafting mails. The most amazing thing about it is that it consists of various kind of bots such as Bot insight, Discovery Bot and IQ Bot. It has become a blessing platform for our department.

Initially for the beginners its interface is found to be bit complicated. I think there should be proper segmentation. It should have better integration with other platforms due which users can easily shift and share any kind of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very beneficial platform for our organization. Its tagging feature is my favorite one which helps me to tag for emails. Its integration with Excel seems to be a blessing for me which helps me a lot in dragging and dropping files according to our own choices. We can easily make editing if we want to change anything plus formatting PDF files just make us feel enjoyable. Overall I would say this tool is full of benefits for us.

Now there are no worries for managing workload. Automation Anywhere provides effective and professional services. It has user-friendly features and functionalities. We are never late to submit our valued receipt and quotations to our customers. It has synchronized our finance and sales department. Also step by step we have implemented it in our HR department. In short I am its happy and satisfied customer. I am hopeful it will be working same in the future and I will be satisfied in future as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its mobile application needs to be more reliable, that do not have those features that are available on desktop version, and becomes slow sometimes, which is really annoying. Apart from that problem I have nothing to dislike about this amazing automation platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one of the advanced tools that come with unlimited benefits. We have made our receipt generation very easy by its help, because it always put the essential credential automatically. This is done but their unique tools which are Discovery Bot and IQ Bot most commonly, they find track the data and keep the record ion the memory respectively.

I will highly recommend this platform to other people who are tired with workload. You will find it best in terms of reporting and it has integrated with many other types of software like excel, which will help you to drag and drop the files easily.

With the invention of this tool generating invoices become really easy by maintaining the data properly in the cloud. It is completely a blessing product for us.

It has simplest interface and very easy to initiate and also it is easy to configure. We can easily design our quotations on this tool and send to our customers in short span of time. We have implemented this took in our finance and sales department and it has boosted our productivity. Now we do not have to enter the data manually. It has discovery Bot, IQ BOT, BOT Insight, etc, these IT tools went our sales pipe line and capture all those process which could be automated and then they keeps its track in the memory so that in future they can perform the same duty.

We did not face any issue since we purchase it and even in its installation and working. However, we have felt that its pricing is very high. Moreover, it is going perfect and providing effective services.

It's affiliate features are the best part of what makes it a valuable product. It has many recorders for recording screens, web applications and many more, so that it keeps information about every task that is performed by bots. It has a well-defined workflow support with managing variables and a separate panel for the error handling process that takes a holistic view of errors with the help of snapshots as well as error log files. These permissions and privileges are separately associated with the type of account we are using such that the administrator has all the rights but one user is unable to see the bots that other users are using.

Despite many components and functions this interface is not very interactive and easy. The user should be aware of the functioning of its components before its use. It does not support the drag and drop feature and the efficiency of the bot is also limited to some range.

As part of my work at Techinest I am obliged to do web scraping, database creation, assigning my work under the working staff and monitoring the work there. Since these tasks require a lot of time due to manual dependencies, I have automated these tasks for work efficiency and time usage, in which all data is only received by myself upon entering the URL, this tool helped me in managing and monitoring the bots of my under the working staff. Apart from this it helps me to record my web applications by many recorders along with my screen. Some main strokes are just enough to achieve a predefined work in seconds.

Adaptability with the market is the best part about AA, they have really moved fast across technology stack along with client need fitment. Features added provide the best fit to client needs followed with the best customer support experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Queue Mechanism has some basic issue w.r.t configuring at the initial stage, OCR is also an issue while developing OCR Use Cases output generated by basic Python was much better than the OCR Engine of IQ Bot. Also, AWS OCR is not useful as company policy doesn't allow us to use AWS Engine due to Private Cloud feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being an EPCM firm we are still new to RPA and Digital World even though we have developed some good Use Cases spanning across technologies but I guess we can improve more on those Use Cases - AA has provided us the benefit to build RPA CoE on our own, and we were not dependent on any 3rd party services to incorporate it in our organization, providing us a platform to build capability in house.

Accuracy of the IQ Bot can be improved - Better OCR results should be provided
Licensing cost can be reduced so that its at par with UiPath and learning portal should be open to all so that more users are able to understand the product and have hands on.
Customer support can be better and more prompt response
Better conference to create a stronger User group for knowledge base creation and ease of RPA deployment
Better Training Session preferable FREE to prompt usage of New Products rolled out by AA team
