Automation 360 - A perfect Scalable RPA cloud platform
What do you like best about the product?
The Custom Package Integration is the best part about Automation Anywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
The cloud session gets disconnected after inactivity for some time which leads to loss of unsaved work. An automated saving feature should be enabled during session timeout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of business processes was a key thing that I had been achieving.

Automation Anywhere is a great platform for non or less technical people as well with ease of use it has.
Yes, the bots will take over our jobs... In a good way!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the rich feature set of the platform. You can create bots that interact with your apps just like humans would and perform repetitive tasks that would otherwise be very boring and require lots of human effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't easy to develop the first bot, and it took some learning to get it done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We reduced the human workforce for customer support and therefore cut costs and improve the work environment since people did less tedious/repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I started my career in Automation Anywhere as an RPA tool, am very much into it, and started using it from version 7. I am among those few developers who worked on AA from version 7. Initially, there are not many commands in v7.x, but we delivered projects with it too, and later, v8.x object cloning got introduced. Life becomes a bit easy in Automating (though Object cloning was introduced in v7.5, there is a bug in it). I am very fortunate to see all the versions of AA and glad that I am part of all versions to automate projects and now 2019 aka A360. Very excited about Automation Anywhere 360 and looking to automate in A360 as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support used to be very fast till v10.x, but somehow it's been declining from v11.x, the turnaround time is taking very long than it is supposed to be. They should have taken some time and launch A2019. I felt that they have launched it in a hurry and still fixing the bugs after their announcement to the Public.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete End to End Automation, domains like Finance, Healthcare, Logistics, Shared Services, Machinery, etc have been automated. ROI has increased in terms of FTE and time-saving.
Easy, simple and powerful RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop action package with the simple parameter to be customized, a lot more user-friendly to non-technical people to develop the bot compared to others RPA platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tedious processes need to manage both meta bot and task bot in different platform locations simultaneously, which is not user-friendly. However, the latest version of A360 does not have this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The operational process in Finance workspace brought the benefit of saving time and cost to the organization.
Automation is a very versatile and easy to learn tool.

I like how the development environment is amicable for the developer and how it makes you feel good even in the first codes, the A360 version is perfect, and it only gets better every day.

Sometimes I feel that the Cloud environment is unstable with some crashes and packages not working, and you have to go back to using the previous version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on highly repetitive high data processes that some people were doing every day. When we deliver automation that frees the person to do something of more excellent value to the company, the happiness of the department is something that delights me a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that is the most intuitive plattform available for RPA, it has AI-powered solutions such as Discovery Bot that can easily eliminate manual/repetitive digital tasks (structured work).
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they can improve the communication of their internal compliance and sensitive data privacy for their customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I´m using Intelligent Document Processing for taking data (unstructured) as input for ERPs/legacy software.

I recommend the use of the Bot Store, it saves a lot of time and enable users to use previously tested bots.

Zero code and zero error in bot transaction. for sap automation, we have great features in automation anywhere. we have IQ bot to process all kind of inputs. by using this software, we can automate all manual tractions like entering orders, sales orders and user account creations.

I don't see any concern here but I need to improve some activities for the mainframe application.

By using this tool we have reduced employees more and we have huge cost effective in project. like one bot can process 24*7 for multiple process in the same day.

Tool to mimic(Automate) tasks performed by human
What do you like best about the product?
This tool can automate anything, be it an application or website. You need to train the Bot once using actions available in the Control room, and the Bot will do the rest work for you. It saves lots of Time, and the Chances of Error are also significantly less or zero percent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider this tool still in the development phase, and many features will be added in the future. The community version has limitations on features/Actions, and the Bot takes more time to run when compared to the Enterprise version. It should provide a free evaluation period to attract new customers and small processes.

I am doing work related to Data Extraction. we have to fetch data from the Oracle database and Put the same into excel sheets and after that calculating data according to business need
