What do you like best about the product?
This tool has unique system of tracking and taking in account all the tasks that could be repetitive, and helps in overcoming them by letting me to get rid of undergoing same process again and again. It is built on advanced technology which occupies various BOTS, like discovery BOT, IQBOT, and BOT Insight. They are always accountable for discovering the processes and held their record so that in future they can exactly copy the same process, know I can easily generate our quotes and always keep our clients up to date, if they need any information, we easily provide them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is integrated with many various software but still, I have found space in its integration with managing and generating the receipts for my E-commerce channel. I hope that further progress could be made by the team. However it is very reasonable in price and I appreciate its quality services.

It has helped us in dealing with our billing processes and through its automation services like email automation, we easily send Variety of notifications and important messages by just one click. What do you like best about the product?
The best thing which I like about automation anywhere is that it allows customizing the DomxPath when automating the web applications. Also, it have a legacy automation option, which allows automating websites with iFrames. An easy to use interface, powerful centralized management architecture are a few of the best things that I like about automation anywhere. Mapping different variables between different sub tasks are very easy, so we can build modular tasks, which can be then reused in multiple places. Different productivity tools like Bot Insights, IQ bots and Human Bot collaboration are an advanced tool which is very helpful for business users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The legacy automation feature is not available in the latest version A2019, but it has an alternative called universal recorder which still works on a few of the iframe websites. Flowcharts are not available in version 11.3.5 and older releases, but it has been added in A2019.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me in automating data entry task which involved different applications such as SAP, Excel, Web applications etc. Also the latest version A2019 provides integration of Salesforce using the Salesforce connector, which can be the next great thing.

I have been using this RPA tool for automating the tasks. It has been my favorite platform. It is a great tool in generating quick reporting and always helps you to track the previous processes, so that we can access any clients ID. It is very helpful when it comes to manage our sales funnel and generating invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I have been using it have not encountered any issue. It has very responsive and well trained customer support team. It helps us to easily generate the quotations. We don’t have to put the same client’s information again and again. It has made easier to upload files ad share with our team members because it is integrated with other tools.

It is great automation software when it comes to control the repetitive tasks. It is unique tool with discovers the process, that can be automated and gets this command from discovery Bot and then its IQ Bot records the path followed sp , that whenever you execute the same process it will guide us to do it automatically.

Although it is the best software or tool to manage repetitive work as well as helps a lot of industries and companies, it is difficult to judge the flaws in it. But one issue that I found is that sometimes these devices and components stop working and cause system failure. The main problem is also with the pricing structure, as they charge a higher fee for their product services.

Automation Anywhere provides most interesting and effective features. It is very wasy to setup this tool. It all functionalities are user friendly. I have approved the invoices through this tool which tells the efficiencies of this tool. In my finance department, I have improved our regulatory compliance through its RPA system, in short it is excellent enterprise relation management tool. That supports Microsoft Azure, and though its IT features like IQ BOT, Discovery BOT, BOT Insight, BOT Store play a key role in tracking and automating the processes. At the end I would say it is a blessing product that gives excellent services for automation.

Sometimes it take long time for creating new Bot, it works but after trying many times. It needs some improvement in the section of creating Bot. In the beginning I had to come across some difficulties and But after the excellent grip on it I found it very easy and user-friendly product. So, I do not have anything to dislike.

I have implemented this tool in my finance, HR and in manufacturing unit, it has not only reduced our work load but also it has increased the efficiency of our work. I have the full record of new hiring and all the relevant data related to that candidate is always tracked back whenever needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is the most advanced RPA tool in RPA market. It is the best when comes to SAP and windows application automation. Also when it comes to attended automation, it provides a tool called human bot collaboration, which is just awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to perform Work Load Management, the queue feature available in AA takes lot of time to get triggered. When it comes to Web automation it doesn't capture the relative domxpath.
