What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the simplest and easy to use software, with just a basic technical knowledge you can discover its amazing functionality. I am a happy customer of Automation Anywhere, which is very easy to configure and it is built on advanced technology which allows various possible solutions for numerous tasks. It has become my favorite tool which enables me to work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most common issue that I am facing with Automation Anywhere is that its processing becomes slow gradually when it comes to processing of the large amount of data. Moreover, it causes trouble when you have to extract the basic information from the documents (various formats). Also it becomes difficult to find some key tools on its mobile application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially I was in great trouble as I have to manually feed the data in generations of receipts and to deal with customers was also not easy for me, because I always lack the detailed information. Automation Anywhere has appealing interface and I can always customize it whenever it is required. Further due to business tours I have to leave the official platform and thanks to this amazing application which has provided me a mobile version to stay connect with my team and to execute my work in a continuous manner.

This tool is very suitable for business to business type set ups and also it will help customer service providers. It will help you to brig modification in already going process and it will provide you a transparent view of every key process.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good product and I like that it is easy to use, therefore anyone with basic coding knowledge can learn the tool and start automating and also the commands make coding quite easy, this tool is very effective and It has multiple triggers within the tool and makes it easy to automate business procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Annoying bugs were found in the implementation, but then fixed with the latest version, on the other hand, I noticed problems in the control room, therefore sometimes the loaded tasks cannot be removed and it is tedious, I have to contact the support team and I can't always do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is being used for different automation processes, because we discovered that Automation Anywhere is more cost effective and easier to implement, therefore we have been able to create various automations to read and send emails, register and transfer products and analyze various data. It has been a great help is good.

I'm glad to be a happy customer. This tool has had a huge effect on the project department of mine and has also brought our fiscal department closer to planning projects, developing revenue which makes it much easier for me to process payments and also enables me to quickly monitor the entire process in time that is real.

While the quality of the mobile application of yours is actually excellent, a lot of the features offered in the desktop computer version are not, that often causes us problems. Its mobile app is just beneficial for the most common tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
While developing my bots I used to face many errors and issues related to the issue of code integration, service handling and maintenance. Sometimes it also requires a restart of the kernel for better performance which can be fixed with some modifications to the tool. As it is the general issues that I found but I think what surprised me was that their executive also has no solution to such problems.

I used this tool a few months ago when I was working on creating some databases by getting a description of products from websites, as it is a kind of repetitive human work that can be easily automated but is an efficient Automation requires developing into a platform. Automation Anywhere is a blessing RPA tool. I was facing great trouble in managing my billings and generation s the quotations and to maintain the client data on simple sheets, was oil to fire and I was in huge trouble to guide our customers on time. But after using Automation Anywhere application have got rid of my problems, now I always have the transparent idea about the customer’s data, and I easily provide them update anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I face the issue of slow generation of Reports, but it was also associated with the internet connection, so we can’t blame Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me real time reporting respectively, so that I have clear idea about how our process initiated. Moreover I am at ease in generating our invoices. It is integrated with excel which provides me the facility to process our excel sheets.

No doubt this application is useful for automation purposes, but for the creation of forms and bot it has some lacks. I think they need to enhance its features and built some advanced kind of functionalities for its all users.

Anywhere automation is the best known tool for automating manual repetitive tasks and it helps to reduce working and processing time. It also helps reduce human efforts by which greater growth is expected in a shorter period of time with higher wages. One can easily craze any type of automated bot for its benefits against a nominal fee for its services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it causes some type of server errors, which I have reported many times but unable to find any permanent solution towards it. Every time I talk to one of their agents they recommend me to restart their portal and their tools to fix it. Sometimes this code also crashes due to improper coordination between the codes. It requires a good amount of invertebrates to begin.

It is currently the most featured software that helps me manage the work of my bot and my companion bot. It gives us a platform to develop automated tasks to work on and can build any type of manual repetitive work in minutes by the power of automation.It helps me to save my time and increase the efficiency of work. What do you like best about the product?
Best part was the ease at which we our team was able to build the Task Bots & Other Screen recorders, Tool works perfectly for our basic operations and our In House development team loved it. We have also benefited the Paid services taken up with Automation Anywhere which was for IQ Bot and we were able to progress significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific we have recently started our journey in the Cognitive area and we need to work internally on understanding the AI & ML. Automation Anywhere can create more Educational Certifications/ Courses to help its customers in understanding this complex are and build fast solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on Engineering Drawings which are basically scanned PDF and we need to digitalize our data to capture the details, we have been using IQ Bot with combination of Python scripting to achieve the desired results. Also, we have been using Tesseract & AWS engine to improve the result and performance. Also, we have connected the workflow with the Task Bot an feeding this information to the Primavera and other Engineering tools.

Well all components are good of Automation Anywhere - some product level glitches can be removed like in IQ Bot SIR (System Identified Region) has some challenges which are accepted by AA team as Product limitation

I have associated all of our systems in almost all the departments of our organization with this equipment, for the better efficiency of the process.
