Best in class Automation Training
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing taking an Automaton Anywhere course is the way the courses are structured, easily understandable concepts, ease of use, it makes virtual training enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't by far any major dislikes for the courses but I would suggest that the course be made a little bit more interactive where in the audience feels very involved with the siftware working while it's being taught to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to solve real life problems in Automation of several robotic equipments in industrial processes at my work, such as conveyor and belt timing etc. which make the process very simple and saves time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation is the future of our industry, learn it, implement it as sooner as you can or else you'll miss out on a world of opportunities.
The Best Automation Platform Available!
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is by far the best platform to automate business processes.
The extremely friendly user interface, easy integration with custom applications, the AI/ML based IQ bot and the one of my most favourite MetaBot - are a few aspects of Automation Anywhere that make it the best in the industry.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would extremely helpful if Automation Anywhere introduces a support portal with a ticketing system for partners and business users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere has actively helped us automate daily and weekly tasks; ranging from: data manipulation, data extraction to generating customised reports, system resource management and more. This has allowed us to speed up the activities with automation without sacrificing accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is very user friendly .Navigation is really awesome for a beginner .Don't find it very difficult to find the menus
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I was using Trial Version ,We should intimate the user somewhere in the screen what modules will work and modules will not work like generation of bot E2E will not work
We should have a provision to develop a Bot in Cloud based like IBM Watson Chatbot .This AA will go to next level if E2E Chatbot is available in trial version
Navigiation of Menu in the workbench has to be restructured .We should have a search bar in the workbench to search instead of expanding the items and select them

Automation Anywhere is not able to use OCR effectively and has limited usability.

Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere has a lot of use cases and it can meet any client's demand for automation. Also, for us developers, it is really easy to use and troubleshoot any encountered issues. I have been into developing applications ever since I started my IT days in college and creating software (bots) have never been this easy. Using automation anywhere has been fun for me as I can turn my imagination into reality and make most of the use cases that it can offer to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes up a lot of resources to simulate a whole operation that can up multiple bots so a full blown automation is really hard to simulate and you can only practice a part of that automation whenever using a desktop/laptop even with high specs. You will need to allocate a separate server for the control room and management of the bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of benefits in using automation anywhere and it can solve a lot of problems as well. One of it is the repetitive tasks each staff does like time logging, or reports and auditing. Personally, I created a bot that helps me keep track of all the projects that I am handling so that I will be updated with the tasks that I need to do.

I am highly recommending this product as this will not only make your lives easier, but it can also help solve some of the problems that manpower is not enough to solve. Thank you.
My first Automation Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tools n components, I believe one of the best in industry. When I started my RPA journey I started with Automation Anywhere. I feel the components are easy to use, it just requires analytical skills to understand the full flow of the automation. In AA2019 the graphical flow is good invention. Variable creation is also easy to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have trouble getting quick solution from online. The only solution available is through AA forum but not much help in YouTube and other online articles( stack overflow/tech flow/KB articles). AA forum does not have answers to AA2019 scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my professional work. I'm a full time developer in Automation Anywhere. I worked on number of projects for AA11 in Suncorp and using AA2019 in Procensol.

Easy to use, Good technical support team answering to responses on time.

Very good content. Very little extraneous information. These courses are very focused.

Some feel a bit repetitive, but it is usually for a good reason.

Automation Anywhere Review
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is constantly upgrading their software and adding new features to stay ahead in the industry. Their IQBot for document processing is very well layed out and easy to identify target fields and add custom logic if necessary. The script formatting of their development environment is very user friend and easy to locate commands. There are over 500 commands available including scripts and I haven't run into a scenario yet where I couldn't find a feature to connect with an application. I've been able to log output data very easily to files and interface with Excel very easily, including running macros and this has helped a lot with what we've been trying to accomplish. I also like the University of Automation Anywhere as they have a lot of resources available to read and a cloud version even where you can test the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the features to the Metabot because I am not able to edit an existing metabot in the sense of copying the logic from one metabot to another and changing some of the tasks inside and uploading to the server. This has caused a lot of rework in the processes I've had to automate. I don't like how you can't pull out tabs on the top and can only have one window open at a time. And maybe this is a personal problem, but when I leave the tab and come back, it starts at the top and I always have to scroll back to where I was rather than staying in the same spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many internal problems are being solved and we are beginning to do more direct work with clients. A lot of the files that come in are Excel processes that should be automated weekly or daily and we are beginning to see the benefits of having a virtual worker. Also we are experimenting with large document processing and beginning to see good results from that as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A cheap solution for RPA, easy to understand scripts that can be pulled from sidebar and dropped on main page to integrate with existing applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Am delighted by the way this software automates all our business processes and workflows thus yielding high productivity.It also automates repetitive and manual based tasks.This software also brings a solid relationships with our customers.The user's interface is well designed to make it simple to use this software.

I got zero problem encountered when working with this software as it it performance is very excellent.
