What do you like best about the product?
The content of each training are very concise and structured really well for the participants to grasp the knowledge well which helps in each certification obtained. The visuals are interesting and always keeps the participants engaged throughout the course. The guidance and instructions are straightforward which makes it easy for us to understand and have a solid grip on the course.
In case of any clarifications required - the well interactive community with a lot of active members help a lot for clearing the doubts. In short - nothing beats the course contents and robust community built by Automation Anywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. And I feel Automation Anywhere has given little room for any dislike to crop up in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the business processes can be automated with minimal manual intervention. I have been using Automation Anywhere across sectors - BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing & Retail.
The interface is relatively much friendly compared to other automation tools. The drag-and-drop feature is smooth. It follows client-server architecture which makes it more stable. It is easy to access with scope of high scalability. The inbuilt feature of analyzing bot performance - Bot Insights is also a great tool in Automation Anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
It's one of the best automation tool available in the market, I was working in networking and cybersecurity domain from last 7 years and six months before I started learning AA and completed my advanced certification and got job as a RPA developer, it was fun learning and easy if you have a bit/no knowledge of programming.
It can automate very complex work fast and in efficient way.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike automation anywhere. It's one of the best automation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working for one of the client where the legacy web application does have any APIs, hence we used Automation anywhere to solve this problem where BOT are doing all the work directly login to web application without any API.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the most preferable tools we've been using since long. Most of our solutions are developed in this tool and prefer to use this for all our clients. Automation Anywhere gives us the wings to explore new doors of automation. Integrating with Chats bot and Python has given us the power to do the cognitive automation. Integrating with other technologies like Javascript and etc has given the potential assurance to drive the automation better in place.

Initially, Document Classification and creating templates are the benefits we got for all the invoice processing processes in the Procure to Pay process. I've realized that using Automation Anywhere we are giving a lot of benefits to our customer by reducing their Actual handling time, Reducing errors in the processing

Automation anywhere allows us to create bots for tasks so that they can be repeated many times and can do the task with out user support.
It does not involve any knowledge of programming or programming languages to automate a task.
It tasks can be sheduled so that the work can be completed in time without human intervention.
The take are completed with more accuracy along with logs and reports for the user.

As it a new and different platform it takes some time to learn the product . So the courses for learning the product should be available for free.
It increases unemployment because through automation anywhere a task done by a group of people can be done automatically with out human interaction.
Event though it is a very wondeful product Lack of publicity making this not worthwhile.
Many people don't know about automation anywhere so there should be more knowledge transfer sessions and meetings with the people to involve them in the product.

It Is a great platform to learn about bots and RPA and can use those in our day to day activities

Intuitive, Cloud-based, Scalable, And Secure RPA Solution For Task-based Processes. I think these combinations are very rare in other technologies.

No option to handle image information extraction, Need to enhance debugging tasks also need to reduce the complexity in installing control center.

No longer have to make huge investments to build and maintain. Easily deployed with few bots which makes fast in access.

Yes I recommend most to use Automation Anywhere, each should start with few bots just to see the difference.

Automation anywhere University have best in class virtual trainings and community edition is cherry on the top to practice before moving to Enterprise edition and explore features and user friendly UI makes its one of the best RPA tool available in market. Cloud based, intuitive and easily scalability is makes it best tool for RPA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes community edition works very slow but it's acceptable as we are not paying any charges for it.

Automated emails sorting, actions on some event emails and handling business emails excel processing made my life easier.

Please add more features to community edition by giving some 10-15 days period.

Ease of use for process automation and having low code for customization. IQ BOT is the best for data extraction which suffices the missing requirement from previous version.

Practical approach should be more in learning.
