Great for an RPA tool, can provide solutions to every automation hypothesis. Almost all the day-to-day working operations can be shifted from physical work to automated execution.

What do you dislike about the product?
Experienced few errors in the data while extracting from scanned documents even after deploying the OCR engine, but it wasn't persistent and sorted out after reporting the issue to the support team.

The main reason I like is that it is easy to use and its user interface is good, and it can speed up automation processes easily. It has many advantages, and for me, it is an elegant tool that leads to a high-quality user experience being an accurate RPA and a quick fix.

The application works very well, and there is nothing I do not like about this RPA platform; and therefore, I have nothing specific to say.

I have used the version 11 and latest version 360 in Automation Anywhere. I found A360 having most excellent features like
1) Advanced Excel Automation,

Previous versions of AA does not require high technical skills but this version of A360 does require technical skills to automate.

Usually do Day to day Process automation like extracting useful reports from SAP.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a high-performance RPA tool to consider because it is really good and one of the best I have used. It is easy to use; it has many instructions to learn, it does not take as much time to implement and create the first bot to automate the tasks. For people who do not know any type of coding language I can recommend this great tool.

There are not many cons that I can mention, but I will mention the most important ones and what has affected me lately. The integration with other applications has brought me execution problems and some errors; on the other hand, the development interface is confusing, and I think it could be better.

It is the best RPA I have used; it is efficient, friendly, and helps automate tasks that would take a long time to do manually.

I don't like the AI and ML capabilities; I feel like it needs a lot of improvement, and it also requires the need to install extensions.

Definitely, if I would recommend it to news users who want to learn in the field of automation, they should give it a try and wait for results.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature that allows me to create extensive automated processes and extract data easily. I also like that it is easy to use and requires no coding skills. But its best aspect is the automation of robotic processes in addition to other functions and integration with other tools. It is an excellent product where it reduces human effort through bots.

Their updates do not help at all, they are always small, and they do not innovate in functions that are more useful and beneficial.

Our entire team could easily understand these tools, and now everything is made easier for us with process automation, thanks to bots.

Very friendly tool capable of automating any monotonous process
What do you like best about the product?
I like its user interface; it is easy to use and intuitive, and greatly reduces the complexity of automation. It is very flexible and can automate any heavy task or heavy file processing. It has many out-of-the-box functions and provides easy access via the icon. I like the style of the workflow and that its processes are easy to understand.

The tool is very good, but sometimes the orchestrator has performance issues, and it happens more often when there are many bots in use.

This tool has proven to be an easy and effective way to automate processes. It is highly customizable in the creation of bots and mimics human actions when interacting with a computer application, and manages to automate any heavy and monotonous process

The tool is so well developed that the repetitive processes, which are potential RPA use cases, can be automated. BOT 360 and IQ bot make it market competitive. The continuous enhancement in features is something that makes it lively. FOr a developer the tool is user friendly

I personally do not like the market strategy of AA. There should be aggressive marketing of the product features
