What do you like best about the product?
The feasibility and range of areas that AA provides us to automate, with a code-free and hassle-free logic section.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of search capabilities complicates BOT deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working in the Retail domain, so I need to work with Purchase Orders, Sales Audits, and Merchandising Report generation. With the help of these daily, labor-intensive repetitive processes become easy and fast.

It is the tool that people should learn for their own growth towards a digitalized, AI and ML-enabled, code-free IT future.

What do you like best about the product?
The best I like in the automation anywhere is control room which differentiates the other RPA tool.

The maximum number of bots in a single control room is 6 only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running the back end jobs for our banking client which involves mainframe and flex application.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive form of development, which allows building RPAs in a robust, efficient and effective way, with basic knowledge. On the other hand, make robots of incredible quality, with advanced knowledge.
The processing speed in flows, which allows operations to be performed at a speed up to 10 times higher than a regular user execution, with a very small margin of error, in relation to the productivity and profit obtained.
The portability of built RPAs and their integration functionality with .NET Framework technologies. They provide unlimited tools for developing solutions and improves the performance of current applications, processes and workflows.
The collaborative development environment of the control room, which allows the construction of large-scale projects in stages, by a work team with a high number of programmers. In this way, the productivity of the team increases and there are security controls, which mitigate the risk of rework and errors in multiple development.

Aspects to improve in the integration and work in conjunction with the Control Room. That in some opportunities, they block and do not allow updating or executing tasks, metabots, etc. In any case, this can be fixed by the developer in a few steps.

What do you like best about the product?
The IQ BOT has helped us leverage the full scale automation of posting the journal entries, eliminating the need for manual work. The process was seamless with integration of SQL, IQ BOT and Task Bot. The payback period reduced considerably with the full scale integration. The interoperability of the software also helped us redefine our processes and automate it to not just save time also optimize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more help with integration with process mining if AA can partner or develop their own robust process mining tools since standardization and automation are initial steps and every business would like to take it to next level to optimize the process to support the business model, improve efficiency of operations and also find optimal solutions to delight customer.

Invoicing, Journal Entry Booking, Pdf extraction, Inter system uploads and reconciliations

Full scale integration, Process Mining capabilities, Cloud solution may not work for all considering data privacy and protection

Tried automating a complete invoice processing in Oracle Cloud ERP (starts with reading 3rd party invoice PDF's)

What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag and drop feature that makes the tool feel a lot less intimidating for a beginner. I also appreciate that there are tons of videos tutorials to help you learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that certain operations don't work consistently every time. For example, the Capture command is a great tool for having the bot click certain buttons but for some reason it doesn't always click in the same spot every time (even when it's the same machine).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere has helped me create automated solutions to mundane, repetitive processes. The tool has allowed my team to save time and money by automating certain processes and has helped minimize errors in processes that would otherwise be done by humans.

It takes time and practice but it's well worth it!

What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't require coding knowledge. With easy drag and drop functionality, one can create bots easily, is like bringing algorithms into reality to ease day to day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited space to drop activities. It should be a large space where one wouldn't need to scroll a lot, as in Blueprism.

Queue monitoring, ticket takeover and routing. Email notifications, exel report generation.

GUI can be made more rich.
I was able to automate the process that required 5 people. Creating debit memos and clearing.

IQ bots are not working properly after creating learning instance. Could mot fing the output path.
