Automation Anywhere Reliability & flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
The only Indian product which we can rely on. Cloud helps us to make solution flexible and easy to deploy in any environment. Supports code languages makes this tool much wider and easy to interact with external applications. Platform is fast to deploy and provide accurate results and help in providing great outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback of Automation Anywhere is limited supports to Citrix applications and error handler mechanism. If we compared with another similar tools in the market, AA lags behind due to its weak error handling and limitation towards some external supports like Citrix, API executions etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems which are mainly dedicated to resources working continuously for the similiar tasks throughout a day, has been resolved with AA and helps in increased productivity, costs effective,less error prone. Mathematics Calculations and solutions required a huge time to solve everytime has been minimised in time saving using AA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very cost effective and easy to use and has great functionality towards business scenarios. Thus, It is recommended to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a user friendly tool. The commands are very easy and it can be understood by anyone who doesn't know programming or have basic skills in programming.it is compatible for any device
What do you dislike about the product?
I donot find any flaws but sometimes I face issues like the control room cannot be accessed. I donot know the reason.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am practicing how to use RPA with AA in solving problems related to data entry in sites, new user registration, form data extraction. It proves that AA can save time and money for its users.

this Tool Provide a lot of options to Automate day to day activities in an Organization End to end and help the company to reduce the cost and the work Hours they need to set for the Process

there are very less Limitations that this software Provide, the software has a unique interface when Compared to the Uipath,win automate , Power Automate, so it multi Software interaction can be difficult initially

I like how user-friendly Automation Anywhere has. It is very easy to use most importantly the UI. Also, what I like the most about AA is that it has a lot of training, certifications, and badges that will enable you for your automation journey. Anyone can build their own bots, no programming skills are required.

The only thing that I don't like in AA is that it is very expensive compared with other RPA tool

Hope that Automation Anywhere has a chatbot that is easy to configure because most of our client is asking aboutchatbot in AA.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use and web interface and IQ bot which will bring the automation easy and easy way to read pdf using IQ bots, we can develop in and manage in web version it self.
What do you dislike about the product?
as of now nothing but if like uipath introducing new features need those kind of functionalities in aa and required more flexibility to integrate 3rd party codes.

used in accounts payable automation process to read the pdfs and post information in sap.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a simple interface that is easy to learn without any coding language knowledge. Integration with SAP and other scheduling application is a good plus point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I dislike it, but sometimes it hangs for an extended period while running a bot which degrades the tool's efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The client's manual work, like data handling and data entry jobs, automates with automation anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a highly capable process orchestrator which not only automates any given ad hoc processes but also provides analytical reporting and dashboard to review the entire end to end journeys and reduce FTE for a particular mundane task. Exception handling and error tracking is also very easily handled in the tool

Prescriptive analytics is still unavailable, and integration with third parties is not very scalable and requires coding knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
RPA tools are used to automate repetitive tasks in organizations. There are many RPA tools in the market, but the Automation Anywhere tool is one of the best tools. This tool is using in different types of industries, whether it is large scale or small scale industries or automating the repetitive tasks without the intervention of the humans like extracting the data, invoice creations, creating accounts and creating the bills many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation anywhere tool is one of the best RPA tools, but it is quite expensive, and the setup of the control room is very complicated, which I felt difficult when I used it during my college.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am certified as the Automation Anywhere Developer and runner. I worked on this tool to get the knowledge about the technology and realized many benefits while working on that I did few projects by using this tool like PDF extraction. We integrated this some other technologies and developed the automated student attendence system in my undergraduate, I felt it is very effective and easy to use

I like to automate anywhere literally. It is a great software that is incorporated with very good functions, such as drag and drop; I love its ease, and the features of the clipboard make it easier to develop. I can automate and reduce manual effort and have many commands with unique workflows.

I am totally satisfied with the software only that I would like to see a new feature, such as expanding and collapsing.

It is a fantastic tool since we can develop and implement bots efficiently, it was an interesting trip, and we can automate tasks, extract data; they are no longer errors.
