What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me AA proved a best rpa tool so far, when automating various application such as web based, desktop based apps.
I am solving various types of problem with AA and also learning alot with respect on how to use the different commands and produce a better output to customer.

It's the best tool to go for automating any kind of applications and a great platform to learn such a great combination of AI, ML.

- IQ Bot is the key strength of Automation Anywhere, which enables us to convert PDF to Excel, Word or CSV formats.

- Declaring the datatype of variables is challenging.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the Automation Anywhere tool to automate the rule-based process which is used to automate the overall process of the organization, which previously was done manually by individuals. It works 24 hours without taking rest. We are using it in our Finance, Hospitality, and Banking sectors, and found it very useful. Using Automation Anywhere we can create a digital employee that will work faster and with greater accuracy. It also helps to understand the overall insight of the business process. Its cognitive capability is very useful for the organization to build an intelligent digital employee or bot. Automation Anywhere has enabled us to implement fast fixes to human processes and save many hours by automating repetitive processes and given us the ability to do things.

When there is a large manual process, which is structured and sequential in nature and can be automated, this is the scenario where Automation Anywhere can play a vital role to create a digital bot.Automation Anywhere is very fast in SAP applications.Automation Anywhere is well suited in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based applications. It is not compatible with Oracle-based applications

What do you like best about the product?
A2019 version can be easily configured and worked on. IQ bots capabilities are very useful for automation as it has inbuilt NLP, OCR capabilities. Automation Anywhere University provides excellent courses for each module within the application and it makes it easier for one to start developing on the tool as a beginner. The latest version has come way ahead in terms of system requirements as it is now entirely web-based and hence easier to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot edit and continue debugging the process if necessary.
We have to allocate each role to a user. It would be good if we could get pre-defined users with necessary roles. For example, for a user who would be developing using automation anywhere, all the required roles should be available as a package instead of having to allocate each like Developer, IQ Bot developer, Metabot developer etc.

Automating various processes for different teams in an organization.
There are readily available modules we can use for automation in the Bot Store and development interface is user friendly.
IQ Bots are very useful for capturing data from various types of documents.
The development interface is user-friendly and we can use whichever view is most suitable for us (List, Flowchart model)
We can add custom codes in different languages like Python etc for specific reuirements

I would recommend Automation Anywhere for many reasons, some of which are listed below,

Courses are available in the Automation Anywhere University for kickstarting development/analysis.

A bit of coding is needed. Not so easily plug and play tool

We have automated multiple PMO related stuff, which was repetitive and highly redundant. Had multiple people involved.in to manually do it on 24*7 basis.

Automation anywhere need to come up with training people on their tools for free, so companies can leverage their resources and can sell the tool.

Wide range of rich and user friendly tools and support of all possible platforms/logics. 99% success rate of all available tools provided by Automation Anywhere. Which is amazing and produce quality results.

Performance of Bots can be improved. Sometimes I feel.

With Automation Anywhere, 80% of work done manually for data quality monitoring is automated completely. And a bot is scheduled with automation anywhere to do daily data quality monitoring. Automation anywhere is the best automation tool as it is easy to do automation and requires less human interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I like flexibility of the tool the most. AA is very handy and easy to learn application. It's very user friendly application and helps user to automate processes quickly. Debugging and resolving issues is easy in AA.
I like the security and transparency of the tool. Anyone with basic knowledge can automate simple processes quickly using AA. AA has great accessibility with windows applications and file/folder automation. It's highly comfortable with applications like MS Excel and various databases. We can easily interact with FTP/SFTP for transfer of data. Overall AA is robust and work ready and agile tool.

Web application based support should be scaled for other browsers. As currently AA recommends to use Internet Explorer, I think it should also support other browsing applications for Web Automation. Most of the times few web functionalities didn't support in browsers like Google Chrome. I think AA should look into expanding the integration with browsers other than Internet Explorer.

We have automated an web based hotel booking acceptance system for one of our client, which runs 24x7 very smoothly. Also, we have automated various web based applications as well as reporting systems and multiple database related applications using Automation Anywhere.
We ran the processes in our Control Room seamlessly without any manual intervention. We have helped our clients to shift their highly manual and time consuming processes to non-working hours.
Scheduling the bots helped our clients to get the outputs automatically in their mailboxes/share drive locations.

I would like to recommend AA to the users who are looking forward to gain knowledge about RPA. It's easy to adapt and quick to understand and learn. Within few days new user can take ownership in developing bots with the help of basic AA training programs. It's user interface and commands are quiet self descriptive, hence it will not take more time to learn and start automating with AA.
