What do you like best about the product?
The IQ Bot, Human Bot collaboration and Bot Store are the unique offerings by Automation anywhere which makes it stand out among its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product stability needs to be worked upon by Automation Anywhere and the community edition should be improvised such that businesses can leverage it to start with the implementation of basic use cases before purchasing licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freeing the workforce from repetitive, mundane, rule-based tasks. Increasing process efficiency and optimizing costs.

For every run, TaskBot needs to connect to Comtrol Room in A2019 (lastest version) which decreases development efficiency.
The inability to search for variables is another drawback.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is one of the amazing tool that helps me automating our repetitive tasks. I like the way it has been developed. Its E-commerce specialty made me its big fan. I truly love the way it generates invoices. Also there is no need for inserting similar data again and again. I like its quick accessibility through mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes for this tool, it is working in excellent ways. It is efficient tool that provides marvelous RPA services. It is doing a great job. I am having overall very pleasing experience with this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most prominent feature is its ability of generating quots that further helps me in keeping my clients up to date. I love its mobile application the most. It let us deal our billing process with its unique automation capabilities such as email automation. Moreover it helps us in sending numerous notifications as well as important texts immediately simply with a single click.

Its email collaboration with several other engines is the most worth mentioning feature. It consists of tons of interesting ways for automating multiple tasks. I think this is must have tool for your Business growth. This will surely help you in expanding your business on a very larger scale.

It is a pretty good tool that works smoothly, has excellent features and does not require any coding knowledge, its ease makes it different from other similar platforms, it is incredibly fast and provides good automation anywhere, it gives good results in a little time, easy to automate processes and simplify manual work.

The only thing I don't like is that it is sometimes slow to execute and tends to display strange code in the process, however it is nothing serious and has been very good and extremely useful so far.

We have used it to automate processes quickly and efficiently and giving good results, and it has also been useful in document classification and billing processes, we have simplified the work and now everything is simpler and less forced.

The best thing that I like about Automation Anywhere is it's user interface. It provides an very simple interface that is very easy to use and understand by anyone. By using Automation Anywhere building a bot is so much easy. Automation Anywhere reduces the lines of code so and it save too much time of mine. It can work all the time when you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
In comparison to other RPA tools the tools related to web automation is slow that disappoint me a little. While capturing details from an picture it performs good, so there should be an improvement. There is little high cost for it's license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently I am making a learning website using Automation Anywhere. Students can enroll in a specific learning category and website asked some questions to students. On the basis of student's score it suggests a suitable course from that category for the students.

Automation Anywhere is great for robotic process automation. They also provide many videos on Youtube that help with guiding its users on how to become familiar with the program and do more specific tasks. It's really useful to use bots for repetitive tasks because it just makes things easier and less tedious. It saves its users time and is not too hard to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, there are not many bad things to say about this program. When I get a little confused, I try to use their website which is a little difficult to navigate. The bot in the chat feature on the right is useful since it can connect a user to a representative or someone else.

Automation Anywhere helps to save so much time when it comes to certain tasks that are repetitive and can be inconveniences too. This time can then be used to do other things, even to use more bots.

Mainly the maturity of the tool talking in terms of features, process execution, and stability of all its functions in general, provides scalability to your company by making sure to grow alongside it and delivering maximum performance at all times. The training material is very good, it has everything you need to know to use the software in the best way making the most of each function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Introduces steep in the learning curve, this is particularly true for people who have never worked with such software or who don't really have the experience to break steps on their own, although this can be seen as a down side I think is good because not knowing what you're doing with such applications can result in disastrous results. Reporting takes place to improvements, the metrics that it has available tend to fall a little short compared to those offered by its competition in the market.

The process of creating and modifying the employment contracts is now completely automated by reducing processing times and work personnel which has helped us to focus on other sectors of the company by letting Automation Anywhere take care of this section. In the past this process took us hours and even weeks to complete so we always stayed behind even when we didn't stop working, all that tedious work is already a thing of the past, the automation of processes with this software came to stay.
