Best RPA tool in the Market presently.
What do you like best about the product?
I am aware of the three big tools in the market : UI Path, Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. Also I have used all of three in projects. I can say Automation Anywhere stands taller than other tools. It's simplicity makes it much easier to use. The commands are easily understandable and anyone having little programming knowledge can use it. Almost all types of applications can be automated with Automation anywhere. The little drawbacks it had, with the introduction of IQ Bot even that is gone now. The deployment is much easier in the latest edition. The best part I personally like in Automation anywhere is the METABOT. I have extensively used METABOT in some oracle Apps. Usually other commands failed, but when I started METABOT, the result was so reliable. The high scalability feature of METABOT makes the tools brighter among other RPA tools. One more feature I liked the most in the latest versions is that, one can write a python script in the same pane.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the previous versions the thing I did not like was that, the tool had no concept of work queues. But in edition 11.x versions and onwards, this concept has been added. One more feature which I feel is lacking in 11.x versions is that, developers can not expand and collapse the lines of codes [ Like the loops, Ifs etc. ] Also it would be much more useful tool, if some 3rd party apps can be integrated with Automation anywhere especially for PDFs and unstructured data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been automating many processes involving oracle Apps for my Organization. In the very beginning I used mainly object cloning and other task bot commands to automate it. But sometimes it failed in UAT and PRODUCTION. Then I used METABOT for automating the Oracle APP. Since then the automated processes have become so robust and output is remarkable which was not there when I used Object cloning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Since I have used Automation anywhere, UIPath and Blue Prism, I can rightly answer and recommend the best tool for RPA. Automation Anywhere is the easiest one to use and train employees. It has almost all the feature present in other tools plus highly scalable METABOT feature and cognitive capable IQBOT which makes this tool stand apart from other tools. In uiPath, the boxes that appear while during development looks very untidy in case many iterative commands are present which will always be present. same is the case with Blue prism. Automation Anywhere has the lines of codes which looks much cleaner which also makes it too easy while debugging. The latest edition of Automation anywhere is remarkable. Now we are free from the thick Client. A browser based client is there for development. [ A2019 ]

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn and to integrate with different tools/ applications. Excel command, restful services works very well. Error-handling is very precise. It is one of the best tool to make human efficiency lesser and work done in much easier way. Automating any process by developing bot any scheduling task is much easier in comparison to any other tool. Any new beginner can learn the automation anywhere tool easily. As automation anywhere has its own industry and provide different certifications to learn, how to build the bot. One of the most excellent support. The best tool to automate the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
OCR capabilities can be improved and keystrokes doesn't work well. It is difficult to automate thin client services. And task editors can be improved. Some more debugging options can be integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For raising ticket and solving issues, we always required the customer ticket handling. But now with help of automation anywhere we build the bot which does the work of whole customer ticket handling team. Just one single bot build from automation anywhere does the wonder in raising the ticket for issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is recommended for most of the business processes, as it will help ROI improvement. Most of the business scalability will increase and efficiency will become more in comparison to the requirement of large teams. Just a single bot can operate the job done by big large teams. I recommend it because it reduces the human cost required to build new team.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is very easy to use. All it requires is simple logic, drag and drop 550+ commands and result is very efficient. Makes process simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still learning lot of new things. There is nothing to dislike except IQ bots. As after ruuning the IQ bot i am unable to locate the file path.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am leading a team of accounts receivable. I have automated the cash application part based on structured data. Creating debit memos which requires 30-45 min with automation anywhere it take only 4-5 minutes.

Web-based automation mostly support IE which is not one of the most used browser.

When you decide to implement an RPA, it is very important that you understand it. Automation Anywhere provides multiple ways to learn the tools. Automation Anywhere university is amazing. Automation Anywhere is well suited for bring process improvements and continues improvements to manual and time consuming operational process. We have implemented this for Sales Operation COE and it not only helped save lot of time and improve quality but also encouraged team and leaders to look at Automation Anywhere as a key to success. We have used it for automating range of difference applications that includes but is not limited to SalesForce.Com. Oracle Engagement Cloud, Oracle R12 and 11i, Marketo and of-course excel and access.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm almost finishing the training to get certified but, as soon as I started learning I was impressed about how to create bots with this tool and how easily it is to generate sequences instead of coding. I love the way the visual interface involves me, it has a great style, like very futuristic, it really feels the concept about Robotic Process Automation theme. It looks a little bit like TRON, hahaha. I also like that I can save a large amount of time implementing this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little different form other tools, and it could be hard to change from another one. But it´s a great platform. It is very useful once you learn and get used to it. Maybe you could struggle while starting the training, it's more like getting used to it to explore every possible solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm sending huge batches of invoices copies with my bots. Also, the IA integrated to recognize text through OCR it's very useful, it gets the data structure really well and it's very accurate.

It´s a great platform. It is very useful once you learn and get used to it. You will get a great OCR capability with a powerful Machine Learning integrated system. Computer Science cannot fail, bots get the work done precisely and accurate, so you will be increasing the effectiveness in your company. You will save a lot of time, and if you apply this technology in the best way, you will save a lot of money also. By the way, you'll avoid human stress...

Everything in under the finger tips. Amazing and user friendly GUI. Superb Documentation. Helped in automating citrix environment with just on installation of Citrix Client. Existing environment is best and can be utilized by Automation Anywhere easily in minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
when there is an update, I am not getting the email, instead I have to look for products in Partner Portal every other week.

I am solved a lot of my team's time and energy on the monotonous task. Recently, I started developing a Bot that will collect data from images using IQ Bot and will put the require information in DB. My team is right now processing 10K forms/month. Using this we will be able to save 100 hours.

I am working on implementation of automating business process of retail and banking business cases. We are selecting feasible processes with minimal manual intervention and automating this with use of the miracle tool automation anywhere.We are using Bot-insight tool to measure the performance of all running bots.
