Solution is user-friendly, automation can be faster, and can also be worn by anyone, possibly non-technical people with only primary programming skills. They are many characteristics, robot analysts, metabolites, etc., and can be helpful if you can learn how to use them properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools do not have enough details about using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Produce automatic projects, including logging keyboard clicks and mouse movements, assign tasks to many computer systems, and execute scheduled tasks with automated contacts at any time, even when the PC is locked.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is stupid to use and offers an excellent return on daily responsibility. Workers invest time in much more pleasant places that require human labor.

I like the most its observing and adopting human digital actions which is done by the bots.

There is nothing to dislike but if they will improve the response time of bots then it will be a great thing.

It saves the lot of time of the employee because it can do lots of things and there are many formalities which employee do on daily basis so they can do with the help of these bots.

This tool is easy to use for the technically savvy individual and can be used to reduce repetitive, mundane tasks.

The scheduler is a little primitive, but the tools is rapidly evolving!

We have dozens of bots that are eliminating/reducing repetitive tasks and freeing people up for more value-add work.
Good platform for RPA
What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop allows even a layman with basic programming concepts to start with rpa. Scheduling through Control room is easy. Bot store really helps to get frequently used bots from the internet. Community support is good
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely hate the UX of the software. For example while using a dll for metabot creation , the functions are displays in a very small scrollable window. Some text fields allow selection of fulltext through ctrl+a while somewhere it doesn't work. Too many inconsistencies to ignore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of SAP ERP, Outlook , Excel , Other business websites like anaplan etc business and operational workflows. Integration with other software APIs to realise partial or complete automation flow.

Automation anywhere is a good software and provides good integration abilities but UX could be definitely improved and it still needs to grow as a consistent software

What do you like best about the product?
- A lot of products to offer under one single umbrella e.g. Taskbots, Metabots, IQBots, Bot Insights, Discover Bot, etc and all compatible with each other.
- Anyone without any technical knowledge can start learning and building their first bot in just a couple of days of training from AA portal. That is the kind of training material provided by the Automation Anywhere.
- A2019 version released last year brings in power of the cloud that eliminates the need of installing any light-weight client on any machine. Only a bot agent service can execute the bots on the machines.
- Low maintenance of the bots after deploying it to the production.
- Anyone without any technical knowledge can start learning and building their first bot in just a couple of days of training from AA portal. That is the kind of training material provided by the Automation Anywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Some commands in A2019 are not working e.g. Keystrokes Page Dn or Page Up is non-functional in terminal emulator command and still not fixed in the newer releases. This same problem was present in v11 and was addressed in v11 version but the latest A2019 version does not carry that fix which is disappointing.
- The loading of packages during executing takes a lot of time for dependency downloading.
- Even high priority tickets raised with AA support are addressed and responded after 2 days of time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Automating monotonous tasks for myself and customers is simple using Automation Anywhere. As a fresher I have started with Automation Anywhere and was able to learn and build my first fully functional bot in 1 week. That is the ease I feel using this product.
- Having inline coding options in A2019, I am able to use python and javascript to quicken up some tasks that might take long with AA commands.
- SVN integration is supported by AA which brings bot version management simpler for me to be able to roll-back to any previous stable version with just a few clicks.
- Audit logs generated with AA serves audit purpose very well and I can straight away use it for displaying it to the Audit team.
- I am able to develop bots for my own ease for generating reports and presentations for my meetings that save a lot of my time doing it manually.

By experience, I can firmly say that this is the best RPA product in market and most secured with bank grade security. Do not hesitate in going forward with this tool compared to any other RPA tool in market.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides 500+ inbuilt actions with Loops, Wait etc for basic Excel, File operations etc automation. Users can easily record steps for Windows or Web application with Recording features. Control Tower is single point for bot scheduling, monitoring etc. Audit logs provided with tool for bot executions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Document OCR features can be improved. Mainframe applications integration requires more capabilities. Support team has to analyze bot performance issues multiple times with lots of project delivery time invested resulted in late delivery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting process for client is automated completely with thorough audit logs required, email, sms notifications to customers, process owners, and servicenow ticket generation for support team as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If planning for Windows and Web applications only automation then go for Automation Anywhere. Complex processes with future scalability requires more planning, agile approach if using AA.

1. Support provided by AA is slow and not up to the mark.
2. Migration utility for migrating v11 to A2019 is still not mature and AA has already announced the End of sales and services for v11.
3. Some of the features present in v11 are missing in A2019 which should not have happened as any product that releases a newer version always has backward compatibility and supports features present in older version.

1. Build your inbuilt RPA CoE(Centre of Excellence) in house rather than relying on Automation Anywhere for support.

AA Review
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the easiest RPA tools, because most of the required commands are available inbuilt and you don't need to spend time writing codes, the tool does half of the work. It is a scalable, powerful, and secure RPA tool. The best thing is the 500+ commands which can be integrated with multiple applications without any hassle. It has a lot of additional features such as Credential Vault, Work Load Management, Bot Insights, etc. The most recent version A2019 is outbreaking, it is a complete cloud-based solution with some new cool features.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to WLM, there are deployment issues. The bot starts after a few minutes after adding new records and Citirxi automation is not much developed in Automation Anywhere. These are the only few things which I didn't like. Other than this AA is superb!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated many repetitive and boring tasks which finally increased productivity, faster delivery rates, reduced human errors in work, data security and increased ROI etc. The process which was running for 11 to 12 hours, now is reduced to 6 to 7 hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are planning to purchase Automation Anywhere, then please go for the latest version A2019, it is super cool and has a rich variety of commands using which development works becomes easy and smooth. The price for Attended bot runners is expensive, but compared to other tools in the market this is comparatively better.
