Excellent userfriendly software
What do you like best about the product?
Person doesn't need coding experience to use this software and can easily automate with basic understanding of tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more softwares integration so any activity involved multiple tools can be easily automated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any manual activity involves multiple tools like Excel and Oracle, can be easily automated. Could save atleast 50 hours per month for 5 resources

It's a very good user friendly software where Non technical person can easily use it to automate recurring manual activities

Highly skilled employees are available providing all necessary information with multiple follow ups until the case is closed, even when the case is closed still follow ups are seen to understand if there are any issues which is really appreciable.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the tool is slow and facing issues while resolving the same , tool needs to be more stable than current.

Development and production related queries along with IQBot related issues.

I like web based automation anywhere, we can operate from website this is wonderful.

A2019 was changed compare to previous versions , again we need to learn new version.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and gives comfort to Code even to Non Technical Person. The 500+ drag and drop functions are the best. The training modules is a bliss. Very well designed and very helpful.

The slowness of the website or training portal or training videos, at time.

We are trying to solve complex problems involving integrations with complex Business Systems / Reading scanned pdf documents. We are new to the partner world and we have already got the cutting edge in the market as partners with Automation Anywhere.

I have worked on v9.x, v10.x, v11.x and now evaluating vA2019. AA is simply the best

There is no access modifiers for variables to use. IQ Bot should be shipped free with enterprise so that business can start utilizing the power of IQ Bot.

Designed a configurable framework which relies on Open Source XML rather than relying on problematic Excel.
