Automation Anywhere is the most friendly and easy to handle RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing which helped me more is handling the semi structured data inputs provision. Previously we have the scenarion with other RPA providers and finally ended with Automation Anywhere because of its flexibility to handle the semi structured data.
Also object cloning is also one of my feature because of its flexibility of connecting and extracting data from various sources

What do you dislike about the product?
there are many bots available in the store but i think there is no proper documentation for most of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we used to eliminate the manual effects by automating the regular activities. Hence we used to automate the activities like extraction of data from various sources and keeping in a required location which is used for analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it would be better if there is better documentation for the BOT which are available and also enhancing Cloning related things
A2019 is great platform like combo feature in one tool

When we ran a code then sometime the valid error message is not appearing . Its come sometime very difficult to understand . Please improve those

Every this is best , while running the bots & scheduled bots ,configuration settings,Development is very nice and easy

When issue came ,we unable to find the correct answers, while we rise the ticket it is very slow response , could you please upgrade this process

AA RPA doesn't work well with older version of server client based of ERP and also does not work very well with Remote Desktop.

Must do a POC. The demo video may looks impressive and easy to implement but in actual fact it may different depend on the complexities of the case. The POC also must prove AA is able to work with your existing technology such as Remote desktop or client server based application.
