A developer friendly and good RPA product.
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Automation Anywhere tool from long time, covering v10, v11 and v 2019. This product is simple to use and have good functionality to offer. We can also use additional functionality by importing class libraries and APIs. AA tool has been very useful in automating processes and with additional features its been very useful while automating across multiple environments/applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product is not stable while covering some scenarios also faced some issues while automating across different applications. New features are released so quickly they are sometimes they have bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mostly automating SAP, Oracle ERP, Excel applications. The AA tool is easier to automate through different process.
Automation Anywhere is the savior for most of the business processes which can be automated with RPA
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is going to be the next big thing in the industry with out of the box features in its RPA platform. We all know RPA is going make our lives easier when it automates many complex and time taking business processes automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything you dislike about AA but suggestions would be like more and more integration options to be added
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily manual tasks like, invoicing, PO processing, vendor forms, payroll transactions, etc

I have been following amazing journey of Automation Anywhere on regular basis and its great one.

I liked the process followed by Automation Anywhere to achieve is RPA is amazing.

Probably, suitable to micro businesses though it is supporting most.

Using RPA, we could automate our process seamlessly and complete all the cycles with ease.

1. Before reading the docs on the portal, I had never imagined what we can automate from our day to day activities like reporting.
2. Certifications are free for us. (Including the paid certifications - for the 1st attempt)

Nothing as of now....way to go in terms of learning.

End of the reporting like DSR, WSR and other reports used to take lot of manual effort. This is automated now.

The quality of video and hands on experience of all the things is the best part. Learning anything then performing it, helped me to understand the topic very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video does not have fast forward option as sometime video becomes too slow . It happens that sometime you have understood the thing but you still have to listen up the video because there is no option of fast forwarding.

How can I increase RPA business for my company. I am trying to bring business for my company and trying to sell my company's solution to the industry

Go on as it is the best to learn from Automation Anywhere. Video does not have fast forward option as sometime video becomes too slow . It happens that sometime you have understood the thing but you still have to listen up the video because there is no option of fast forwarding. Moreover it is best in the market. The competitors like blueprism, Uipath are far behind than AA.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Most in the Automation Anywhere tool is the IQ Bot which extracts the all types of format and gives a high accuracy results.A360 automation anywhere is very good to do all the developments and testing in a cloud url. The Form option is very useful to create an attended automation and it is easy to create a form without any code are required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am only dislike the limited features only available in community edition and we don't have more excel functions and limited features in control room for community edition. Still need a more activities to develop very easily and more NLP and AI functionality in automation anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
while doing a project we are faced a lot of errors in development phase and we got the solution for these error in the automation anywhere forum. We are mainly faced the error in excel operations and OCR. we are solved from the automation anywhere forum.

Automation anywhere is easy to develop the bot with help of drag and drop of activities. It is very secure to store the credentials and some confidential information compare to other tools.Automation anywhere is launching more advanced features for ease of use. we have automation anywhere forum and university to learn and clear our doubts. we will get good support from the automation anywhere team to solve the issues.Automation anywhere is a good tool that i recommend for RPA.
