There are so many process inn AMS projects which can be automated. I am working on Incident resolution analysis and report creation with help of RPA.

I love the fact how user friendly the product is. The product is easy to understand and helps users with no technical knowledge to easily utilize it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product does not have good reach and trust with clients and it becomes difficult to convince clients to allow licensing of the same

I have automated some daily email tasks that help to reduce manual efforts and redudancy on repetitive tasks

The best thing about Automation Anywhere is they have better solution and way of providing things when compare to other RPA tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I liked there on prem version rather then A2019 but still it's good to have cloud environment.

The Major problem which I solved was reading Scan PDF of Purchase Order using IQ BOT

The cloud-based solution and the ability to run the scripts for tasks that cannot be automated by the platform.

It takes time for the 2019 version to download dependencies and run the bot the first time.

Automating excel files, Automating console apps, and attachment upload processes.

Running the bot the first time will take some time. It will require some hands-on experience to be fluent with the platform. Moreover, it sometimes gives error,s and connecting and disconnecting devices takes a lot of time.

its a very easy and handy tool to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing to be able to use an automation software that is very user -friendly and meets all your requirements. It lets you use options required to automate your everyday tasks that are time consuming. I like how the interface is simple and keeps it to the point and can be used by non-coders as well. An easy drag and drop feature lets you work with repetitive tasks like invoice processing to updating your inventory. It can be used with tasks in various sectors from retail to HR and is flexible with how you'd like your tasks to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a top competitor in the automation market, the pricing can be broken down to several plans keeping the audience in mind. Additional features with respect to SAP can be introduced. Nevertheless, a great product keeping in mind it's for a user with limited coding knowledge.

I have used Automation Anywhere to eliminate the mundane task of data entry. AA lets the user choose how the data should be processed and repeats the same action using intelligent OCR technology.

Limited Access in Community Environment to execute the API calls and Productivity Packages due to unavailability of Bot Runner Role
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem-related to different domains where the manual task can be replaced with Bot such as Data Entry, F&A relate worksLedger entry creation based on information received over email or other Applications, reconciliation of ledgers etc. In terms of benefit by doing automation we have increased the overall productivity and reduced the Human involvement and no# of people required to process the same

AA is one of the leading RP A product for the latest Cloud-based technologies and miles ahead of other in terms of Clod based infrastructure. So if you are looking for long term and future ahead then A2019 is the Tool to be prefered.
