What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, lots of connections to a variety of tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting can be difficult, some simple actions seem to be missing (ex: there is no ' move file action' so need to use copy file and delete file)

The ease with which we can and understand the concept of RPA using AA.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could include more freedom to work with which other tools in the market offer.

I used to automate data entry process for insurance domain companies

If you want to start your RPA journey choose automation anywhere to understand the concepts.
It's extremely user friendly and easy to work with

What do you like best about the product?
The maturity of the product has come a long way from where it started. My team implements limitless automation using Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Document processing isn't that matured in the product yet. The product need to scale more on the handwritten data extraction
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any mundane, repetitive IT driven process can be solved with RPA. Quick benefits are error reduction and time saving

The BOT insight and Discovery BOT feature were introduced to the platform. But there are few exceptional scenarios that has to be also added in
What do you dislike about the product?
The AA360 Business Analyst course was not that detail as Business Analyst V11
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyze processes that could be automated with Feasibility analysis and complexity analysis. An ROI analysis will be done for the listed processes, and subsequently, only the selected processes are ordered based on inputs given b the Process Prioritization Matrix and automated accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple-to-code platform which is great for business users that have no programming background
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of out of the box functions that supports common software that's used by most companies (i.e. SAP automation). From my experience, we need to install additional items to be able to automate in SAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly processes in finance and telco industries

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Free community edition available. Many direct functionalities available for pdf and image recognition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Versions upgrade - Difficulties in upgrade some actions and metabots.
Difficulty in finding issues in run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- invoice generation for different regions around the world - Reading input from email excel attachment and populate the same in Invoicing application. Download and save invoice. Send completion email with invoice as attachment
- Request creation in Ticketing system - Read input from email body and populate the same in Ticketing system. Submit ticket with email as attachment and send completion email with Application number.

What do you like best about the product?
The control room and design studio are all online so we dont have to worry about system requirements every time we test run an automation while development.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI of the community version is not very user friendly and simple tasks like trying to create a process have many unnecessary steps. I believe this can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation anywhere is helping me solve a use case for automating data entry task in my organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Since the community version is a little outdated in terms of the GUI, so we will need to be patient while learning its tips and tricks.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and ready to be deployed straight out of the box.This is an excellent tool for non-technical entrepreneurs as it requires minimal technical knowledge for set up as well as use. As a developer it is very easy to use and develop process and just drag and drop the activities. automation anywhere also provide free learning courses to help new user to understand the environment and how to use it help us most. customer support from automation anywhere is very well and highly recommended
What do you dislike about the product?
The online bot store has a lot of bots that are almost useless without more documentation. Although all of the bots are free for now I'm not expecting too much its frustrating to download a bot that needs additional instructions to function that just arent available.
The SQL integration command can be improved. Sometimes the OCR command doesn't works properly which should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The IQ bot is the best differentiating factor for Automation Anywhere, the primary challenge in RPA comes when we have to deal with semi-structured data inputs here generally other RPA providers are not able to provide a robust solution comparable to Automation Anywhere.
