The web recording option is best in this AA RPA tool. Using this option, I started creating bots from day one. Within one week, I successfully implemented bots in our company.
Mainly I implemented bots for all our monitoring tasks. After this, all users are getting notifications on time to fix the issue.

Sometimes bots will stop working without displaying any issues. Or else must have an RPA tool for the current trend.

Mainly I am creating bots for all bottleneck flows.

Great RPA that is easy to understand and develop to eliminate manual work
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that this tool is easy to learn, the interface is easy to use, I also liked that it helps to extract unstructured data and is suitable for automating mundane and repetitive tasks without having to put in a bit of effort. Automation Anywhere improves development time; the training and lessons it provides were amazing too. I can assure you that it is a great RPA.

To be honest, it is a very stable product and meets our needs in daily work activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We saved a lot of time due to the efficiency and work done by the bots improving the overall workflow, and it solved our problems with mistakes that were made before but not anymore.

This software is the best for automating difficult and repetitive tasks, and it was easy to learn due to the very effective learning curve. I was very impressed with how you can create bots with this tool without having to code anything, plus the visual interface is well done for ease of use. Automation Anywhere provides a unique solution that works efficiently and interestingly and maintains good automation while saving time for manual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only small details in the development it is required to have an Internet connection. But the rest of the software works very well without serious problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere helps me process data from Excel and email because the bots take care of extracting data and entering it into the system without any errors. It does a great job on automation, and that was the best solution.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good tool to program bots and automate tasks in a different way and to be able to test different scenarios on the dashboard and see the activity. I like the fact that it is easy to use without technical programming knowledge; anyone would do it. I also like the training courses which are very interactive, and their functions are very practical, and the learning curve is short and not boring. I can really honestly say that it is a great product that is very safe and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is good only that sometimes we notice that it is somewhat slow, and I would like to see more stability in the packages and that they give more description when errors occur, especially in processing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot in data processing that was done manually before, now everything is automatic, and it reduced monotonous work, it also solved problems in data and document extraction and improved our work activities.

Creating bots is very easy in this RPA tool. Just drag and drop available action items and create bots.
Data update to the Management dashboard was critical for me before, but now I automated the task using this AA RPA tool. Now, no need to do manual uploads. Now data is also very accurate. Management is very happy with my work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it mainly because it is easy to use and saves a lot of time, and can be automated anywhere, well, the name it all. It is easy to learn with a few commands and coding. I like how easy it is to create bots without having to code, and the best thing about it is drag and drop, which is what all RPA platforms need to make the job easier. I personally believe that these RPA technologies continue to grow and that every company, small or large, needs them.

I like it, although the user interface was a bit difficult to understand and took some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's good for automating processes like PDF and Excel documents and emails, it works perfectly, it's very good and intuitive, and we have free time to spend on other more important activities while Anywhere RPA is running.

I want to give you some advice; first of all, check in with your company how much you need an RPA so that types of processes can be automated, I also recommend reading the documentation in-depth and learning if you are a beginner.

The user interface is good for both experts and beginners; you will find it very easy.

Automation Anywhere empowers you to deploy your little workers (bots) to automate your business processes in almost entirety. I particularly appreciate the versatility and efficiency of the bots on the websites for our customer service experiences; they provide essential insights for analytics. The intelligent bots work well in invoice processing, downloading reports in just a few simple steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every other user can confirm that it is a time-consuming process to load the packages if you are on the basic package - setup for the bots. The software, like most RPAssofware, like other RPAs, is a victim of multiple features; therefore, it takes a while before the user gets fully conversed with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We strive to meet deadlines, and the automation software helps us achieve this with great ease. The bots carry out monotonous tasks that would have otherwise been carried out by humans, decreasing the workloads on employees. AA It is a great tool and works well in error-handling and analytics.

I would advise companies needing a solution to automate their operations to go for Automation Anywhere since it is robust, effective, and an all-time top-performing RPA.

Automation Anywhere is the ultimate digital assistant to save the time and effort of the employees by creating a bot to automate the repeated processess.
What do you dislike about the product?
IQBot is not extracting and placing the csv files on the respective folders sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user interface of Automation Anywhere's Version 11 and A360/A2019 are user friendly. Especially A2019 is web based it supports three views like sequence, flow and combination of both. It is simple and easy to understand the commands. Discovery Bot, IQBot and AARI's functionalities are excellent.
