Integrates ML features(IQ BOT) along with RPA for automating wide variety of business processes.
Unstructured data can be converted to useful information and used further down the line for rest of RPA process.

What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work very well with the handwritten documents. Accuracy seems to be on the lower side when dealing with Handwritten documents.
Program because difficult to read when it becomes huge.
License seems to be on the expensive side but gives a better ROI for big time projects.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated business processes ranging from banking processes to FMCG processes.
It has good security features hence automating banking processes doesn't pose a problem.
Various processes related to insurance, airline etc. industry are also automated.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is very good tool for working in RPA and the ui interface very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
some we run the workflow it take too much time some time get problem with image OCR.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of time i do excel automation i do filling data from one place to other.it take less time for working has compare that any human is working with no error.

This is very good tool for the working anyone can go for this it is easy to use.so i think that people should have try the automation anywhere it is amazing platform where you can work on this.

What do you like best about the product?
the fact that the theory was backed up with real life scenarios helped in understanding of concepts. All the topics were well covered with real life scenarios. The quizzes at the the end were even more useful. They helped in embedding the concepts in the mind and helped me use them in my job.
the availability of user templates, the dashboards and recording features were helpful in the automation of a gambit of services we provide to our customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. So much emphasis was given on theory but hardly few questions from theory. Also I will wan to see AA developed more in future so that it can cater the intricate business needs like image recognition ability, extracting inputs from images etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The contact center where I work uses a lot of manual transactions. Also there are few intelligence level transactions. I am identifying automation scope and have automated some areas of billing, provision and Assurance.
AA is helping me in automate few intelligence level transactions as well.
We have a program running where we aim to automate 60% of our transactions in first year and 70% in second year.

all the business working with contact centers with lots of manual transactions. AA will be a delight for efficiency boosters.
Apart from that my colleagues in BFSI sector have also endorsed the usage of this.

Make human more human with RPA
What do you like best about the product?
RPA helped us a lot to do our repeated task , especially on our HR and finance department. This helped us to make our 'human' become more human. The employee can be allocated to do something more things that need human intervention. For example, we use RPA to helps our HR team to create daily real-time report for our employee candidates. After the automation, all these task is helped with the RPA Automation Anywhere bots. So, our HR team can do any other task like do any interview with the selected candidates ( based on the report that had been sent by the bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes, it need to restart some Automation Anywhere services that make the bot did not work properly. which this may affects to the our daily RPA tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The approval data (based on logic decision). After all the automated task, our daily manual basis job is run by scheduler. which we don't need to run the bots manually. Our employee doesn't need to do some manual process/job every hour and every day. This thing is automated with RPA Automation Anywhere. Our manual process (before RPA) might take 2 - 3 days SLA, and after the automated , we received all the report real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is some feature that Automation Anywhere had on Community Version that has not available on Automation Anywhere Enterprise. Some of them is like the Google Drive feature, which has a good thing if it available on Automation Anywhere Enterprise

I fully recomment Automation Anywhere. We Automated one of the Citrix application which was unable to identify with Automation tools like UFT

The User Interface and the wide variety of commands available at our disposal to work with. The ease with which the tool captures objects and its parameters is very useful and helps the user. Also, any newcomer can learn the tool on its own in a very short duration.

I have been solving problems related to Banking and telecommunication industry. These include huge reconciliation and validation process which takes a huge amount of efforts of the Business Team.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool was always great and tried their best so that our all work is completed within their activities but as the demand increases they also upgraded themselves with the time and come up with the new version which has almost all possible activities and keeps on updating. It also coming up with the AI capabilities like IQ bot in which you can train your model for complete set of documents.
Also they have best analytics features present in their dashboard like ROI Calculator in COE Dashboard and much more. Apart from all this, it also one of the best tool for web automation, its fast and very much stable. One of the new features Discovery BOT which helps you find your process for automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Yes, first of all V11 is good but i find it little bit messy to understand the code but now in v2019, its become easy to understand the code.
Yes they still need to improve their IQ bot more because even after trained 100+ documents, IQBOT is still finding difficulty in extracting the information for some fields.
One more thing i would like to add, why web based for 2019, it should be studio also. I mean both features should be there.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web Automation, Excel Automation, Terminal Automation, Citrix Automation, so you can guess that we are solving every other business scenario which is quite repetitive then we are solving it with this tool.
Talking about benefits yes we can run them unattended manner even after working hours of human, and easily monitor them using control room by their logs.

Yes if you can go for it and even train your users on their academy portal which has already some good foundation courses. Even train your business users to analyze on their dashboard that how the bot is working , how's the progress of the bot and much more. It also very good tool for web automation and for the document processing like scanned documents invoices n all.
