Automation Made Ridiculously Easy
What do you like best about the product?
When I first started using A2019, I was blown away by how intuitive and friendly the platform was. I use excel macros and VBA to get most of my work done, but as soon I started using Automation Anywhere, I rarely use excel other than to store data - which is also performed using Automation Anywhere. I'm addicted to it now.
I'm glad I stumbled upon this tool, because of how phenomenal it has been for me so far, helping me with not just my projects, but also with automating mundane and routine tasks, raising my productivity and buying back time I would have to otherwise spend on manual tasks.
Another thing I like about Automation Anywhere, is the rapid rate of development and addition of new features. IQ Bots and AARI was a game changer for me, and I am looking forward to more from the Automation Anywhere team!

What do you dislike about the product?
The performance can be slow at times, but other than that, A2019 has positively impacted me, as it helps me with my work. Manual tasks are boring, but automating them is not, since you have to get creative to find solutions, which is something A2019 has enabled me to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I usually automate tasks related to excel, such as data cleansing, performing calculations(finance related), and storing them in repositories based on several conditions. The execution is super fast for excel, and this has allowed me to push through hundreds of excel files in a flash.
Other tasks include navigating across websites and scrapping data, or performing certain functions like automating the launch of forms on SAP Successfactors, download reports, perform calculations, and send the reports to concerned faculties.
I've recently started exploring IQ Bots and AARI, and am quite excited with its functionalities. I haven't started using them for my projects yet, but hope to one day.

An Excellent Tool For Automation Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Opportunities combined with AI and your people which may build automation easy and stronger. This is definitely one of the best robotic intelligence tools with the very best amount of passive assessment because of the very fact that this tool responds intuitively to jobs that humans wont to perform, even improving the performance of the user and greatly reducing the margin of error between tasks. and homework. All the tasks administered by this software are often scheduled and constantly reviewed also as working with an unattended system that further increases the work flow of companies and thus also the performance and quality of service provided to its customers, because it gives space to a greater amount of free time to hold out other pending activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks a bit to become known in this market, that way many more people will know the tool and it would be positioned as the best in the market. Many user need complementary solutions that work together for multiple operating systems and there are some limitations on the software as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can collect ideas and convert them into a powerful innovation and automation in a completely controlled manner. We can easily collect the data of each step and monitor the data that can be combined together in various file format which are ready to use for automation. Also we can easily consolidate the data from some business applications which actually stores all the data of all the process with the understanding it can be progressive and impactful and it can be easily processed for automation with the help of AI mapping.

RPA can really boost the process to the greater good.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use UI. I mean, one consultant came from automation anywhere company. Took 3 full days tutorial of system and taught every single features and how to use features and automate particular thing. That was greatest sessions ever. Just in 3 days we all were able to run automated software. Although adding code to automation in .NET is yet to explore, other than that it's quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have little bit of vague UI. I say particularly that because buttons able to start and record screen and stop all that seem quit old type. Need to figure out some different and accessible changes for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating most of the redundant task. Like I want to know what are the top 50 performing stocks in market. So by automating and scarping out in csv file is so much comfortable now. I can get that file at particular time, everyday.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If You want to make your life easier by automating those stuffs that you daily, which involves repeating same process, than I will recommend you to use automation anyhwere. I haven't tested code based automation till now, but UI based automation is great.

Cost is high, regular updates, lack of dashboards

AA is my first RPA tool and gave me a platform to learn and complete the certifications.Its a great platform. the easiness of doing , less code and IQ bots

What do you like best about the product?
The platform was very easy to set up and use. The business user onboarding was very easy. The account team and their technical team was very attentive and supportive during and post-implementation. KUDOS! Our business leaders thank IT for enabling such a platform in the organization.

I haven't found any limitation yet, so no comments to charge here.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
DO not try to biol the ocean, start with a smaller use case and the department that will partner with you. There is a change management component with regards to the user being replaced by the BOT. Gamify the process i.e; create a hackathon where users can bring their ideas forward and the ones that win give them a prize.

i likethe new drag and drop, discovery bot. I love that some of my business users can now use it without any difficulty and they are starting to create simple robots on their own.

if you need to upgrade, you need to go to individual bots to upgrade each package

Automation Anywhere is an outstanding cloud-based approaches require automation, wherever the output of the activities of the business becomes noticed. It's very flexible since feature resources or APIs could also be used to provide additional benefit.

I have really no issues found in Automation Anywhere Platform.

The Automation Anywhere product is simple and provides a great platform that can be used in several automated scenarios out of another case. Clients include additional but rather increased utility within a limited timeframe, that is unbelievable, as a report will often have a working framework in which they will actually deliver.
