Good Product, really helpful
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best Automation tool to automate repetitive process, Easy to use.Unlike other platform, it is easy to learn.Helps in gathering the real time customer data reports for analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has numerous modules and features encompassing all the needs of the users which can sometimes be confusing for novice users and has a learning curve. The overall structure of the modules can be a little more concise by clubbing together modules with similar outputs/use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary use case is data collation and manipulation for supporting the refresh of the demand forecasting tool, data is collated from multiple data sources and transformed in a desirable format for analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use with screen scraper for most of the Use case and have advance technology as AI and ML.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it has some code and it may vary based on the process to process and it will be very huge in size for review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quote creation and order processing was created with AA BOT and we see 95% accuracy and turnaround time has reduce from 24 hrs to 8 hrs.

For all the straight forward process its easy and can implement it much faster pace and easy for admin.

Compare to Blue Prism and UiPath tools, Automation anywhere is best and Developer Friendly RPA Tool.

Exception handling and to find out the root cause of any process errors is bit complex

The comprehensive modules provided by the AA along with the specific training modules are the best.

The licensing issues are a bit off and everything apart from it seems good.

The speed and agility with which it works. I've worked on excel automation using Selenium but the speed, accuracy and simplicity provided by AA is second to none.

As I'm working with Automation Anywhere Partner in UAE, we are solving a lot of problems that are not just time-consuming but also critical especially in the current pandemic. We are processing Healthcare Insurance Claims for the largest Healthcare organization in the UAE.
