Most Reliable RPA tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the most reliable RPA tool and it is a suitable tool for a large company. They provide free learning space and a community studio for users. The bots developed are highly scalable and error-free most of the time. The cost is reasonable compared to other big RPA tools. The customer support is very fast and satisfied. The control room available to manage and schedule bots have an inbuilt source code control mechanism. The new cloud version A360 has more features added and it can be implemented in any machine with internet connectivity. Overall automation anywhere is an amazing RPA tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawbacks of Automation anywhere can be:
1. The OCR and IQ bot facilities can be improved.
2. The new cloud version needs more stability. The time to connect to the local machine is long.
3. It would have been better if we had the facility to exchange/download codes developed in A360 studios with other users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using AA V11 and A360 inside our organization. Mainly we are automating the rate management system. For eg: the customer forecasting and carrier allocation processes are successfully automated using A360. The automated workflow is faster and error-free. The business saved costs and time. The ROI is increasing over the years.

Automation Anywhere is an excellent RPA tool to start with. It provides a wide range of activities for all types of automation inside your company. It is easy to integrate with third-party applications and we can also develop custom packages as per our needs and add them to the activity set. The processes developed using automation anywhere are reliable and error-free compared to other RPA tools. The bot insights and dashboards are key features of AA. With the cloud version of AA(A360), anyone can build and run bots from anywhere on the planet.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's easy to use and how we got rid of boring repetitive tasks using Automation Anywhere, The simple user-friendly Interface is the best reason that we will always keep using AA's RPA, Now we easily design prescriptions and receipts and we completely got rid of the data entry part.
What do you dislike about the product?
The last version isn't stable, I think the Integrations are still limited somehow. I also expected it to have more out-of-the-box Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning such as NLP and Image Classification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I am able to handle a large workload without the need of more and more people to hire, I can also send to my patients their prescriptions and receipts easily without the need to be on PC, Their mobile application is getting the job done.

much flexible and user-friendly look. feel more advanced. integrated with the latest technology. no need to worry about integration. more in good programmed. faster resposive
What do you dislike about the product?
much complex for non-IT. Less secure. increase chances for duplicity and sometimes give poor responses. it irritated me for some time and need to verify the data if feel satisfies the result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps to reduce human inputs and data correction much easy faster happening. operation work faster as compared to before. easy to understand and query you can add easily.

RPA has made several processes easy in terms of communication, interface, quick fix etc and thus has reduced work burden, increased productivity and saved a lot more time and effort.
The best thing is you do not have to search and look into the UI every time you want a new function, its very clear.
There is the drag and drop feature to select functions and combine them as required.

There must be pre-defined set of some solutions or a group of functions clubbed together to simply select while creating an automation.
The UI can be more advanced in terms of appearance. It is very basic and simple.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SNOW tickets were generated in a bulk for a process. It was supposed to go to the monitoring team and the monitoring team then filters out the tickets(different services ticket assigned to that service team) and send them specifically to the dedicated team.
This process required 24*7 attention of monitoring team to catch n dispatch the service.
I automated the entire process using AA and saved a lot for monthly savings.
The whole monitoring team got rolled off as the entire process was done by its own after scheduling.
The man cost was also reduced to 0. Earlier there were 13 members to do the same thing.
The chances of error to send to the wrong team(the specific SNOW tickets) was also reduced as the Automation looked for the keyword and then matches with the mail address of the desired team and sends it.

A Revolutionary Process Automation Technology
What do you like best about the product?
Offering scriptless automation is the key feature I believe. The ability to rapidly automate complicated tasks, able to create tasks for keyboard and mouse actions and task scheduling are some of the best features it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a scope for improvement in the code editor when we compare it with the smart features available in other latest code editors. Also, more debugging features should be addd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented automation in many repetitive tasks of build deployment and smoke testing of applications after deployment. We schedule this process at night timings and the next day morning we have a stable environment with the latest deployed code.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked it because it is an excellent software to create automatic processes without the need to write code from scratch, the content of the documentation was also very easy to understand so it does not require people with technical knowledge, I liked it when I started developing and automating processes complex and repetitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We only had issues at first, mainly with the orchestrator, but then those were fixed and now everything works great with no hiccups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now that the work is automatic in some areas, we have time to be able to do other heavy tasks that are not suitable for automation, we notice that the team is more efficient and productive since AA was implemented.

There are many other RPA tools out there but I assure you that you will end up using Automation Anywhere.

The user interface is very easy to understand.
Creating a bot is also very easy, just drag and drop available action items to create bots.
Mainly I configured the bot for our user deactivation and revoking the left user's access to all access. Before it was challenging and important to remove access to the exit users hence we planned to make this workflow automation and it headed to the right decision.

Minimium system configuration requirements to run advanced bots are very high. Before procuring we should ensure we have enough assets to run bots.

The software installation process is very time consuming and could be improvised. The certifications should include more diverse fields regarding the automation anywhere environment.

Automating workloads for personal projects and learning . Using it for doing repetitive tasks like data integration and copy paste tasks for personal projects.

I am used Automation Anywhere A2019 for multiple use cases. A2019 is a web-based version of Automation Anywhere. Building the complex bots using all integrated actions in AA is very easy and
user-friendly. I must say this is the best part of AA is it makes complex bot development very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I developed multiple bots in Automation Anywhere 2019. The one issue I faced in capture action in one of my use cases of web data extraction. The capture needs to capture the data in the web page by providing X and Y Co-Ordinate of the pixels. But it fails to capture it properly which may cause the failure of the bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I developed multiple software bots in Automation Anywhere A2019 including, complex business process automation, web data extraction, desktop automation, OCR, developing AI-Enabled software bots in COGNITIVE AUTOMATION with the use of IQ Bot.

If you are new to RPA and want to make a career in it, you can start your journey with Automation Anywhere. AA is very easy to learn and we create complex bots fast and easily. If you are an experienced RPA Developer then you should consider this tool for ease of developing the bots which make the business complex processes fast!!
