AA is the best and most innovative RPA platform in the market.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and scalability of the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be very complex in setting up. Also - there is no local presence from AA in the Nordic region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better jobs and more motivated co-workers. Speed and accuracy when executing jobs. Governance/Security in doing this.

The ease of development and range of commands. The cloud AA CR. Also, the integration of Python in the latest A2019
What do you dislike about the product?
Variables need to be specific in A2019 whereas in AA 11.3 it was universal. Should have an option to toggle between both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP automation and automating e-commerce review extraction. FTE savings and statutory compliance. Also, using Machine Learning and other prediction models along with the AA tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the biggest benefits of RPA software Automation Anywhere. It allows you to build a virtual workforce that integrates Machine Learning with the system to automate processes that have tons of structured and unstructured data, In addition to programming sections like VBS, dll, and python to develop the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The selectors/recorders it's still stuck, for example, when selecting an item from a table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the banking, ministries, and a lot of large companies sector, I was able to solve/develop a lot of solutions to serve the sectors and consuming time.
User friendly RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
The new version of Automation Anywhere is more user friendly than the previous version 11. The packages are only loaded on demand, therefore reducing the memory overhead upfront.
What do you dislike about the product?
The community version of Automation Anywhere is not very stable in that it drops out and becomes unavailable on many occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Normal day-to-day tasks with entering details into a CRM system, then populating Excel spreadsheets and performing some form of calculations and sending an email with the results to stakeholders.
It's really a great tool with latest trend of technologies.

It's very easy to use and backwards compatibility is there.

Debugging is not up to the mark. Sometimes you have to face the device connection issue.

The readability and structure of both flow and list view makes a user enable to under the code properly and debug quickly

It is slow when it comes to excel.operation, i cannot use c# as well while using automation anywhere

Apart from process automation , the bigger benefit is process gets streamlined and also when it comes to reduce errors in process where complex calcution is included it reduces the errors

What do you like best about the product?
You can reduce the manual activity of doing the application health check multiple times in a day which saves your productivity and time. The tool can do this for you at any scheduled time and any number of times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any thing which I can do as a dislike for Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are resolving problems which requires monotonous manual efforts and that too in different times with zero human error. So, any monotonous work that requires less human intervention and monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, very user-friendly web app with all the required automation tools . Easy to deploy using AWS or other clouds makes it a robust fit for organizational needs. Best features like Records, Scrappers and Task and Report Designers has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the features are good, and not much of its required and but for beginners its hard to understand the interface and I would say it could be better for learning to build a test bot, if he is news, as he got no idea. So some tutorials or demos can really work out !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly focus on testing our Applications and APIs using this Automation tool. The Drag and Drop tool is really great and saves a lot of time, otherwise in coding manually. Also the reports that we get for analyzing had really been worth spending time at. Utilizing Automation Anywhere has helped automating our API testing and also offered vast use cases, which I doubt we would have realized earlier. Solves lot of problems !

If you are looking for a no-code automation platform which is a cloud based you should definitely checkout Automation Anywhere as it has all the solutions and very easy drag and drop solutions with various techniques and features that can be really helpful, especially if you want to get things faster. Best part it has a community edition to try out ! If you want or based on your requirements you can then upgrade to Enterprise.
